Nice place ..calm for relax but the room service facility food not acceptable ...he brings the food without tray for the room to eat and no table inside the room

I stayed at the hotel for two nights during January 2020. Food was good, great services and the staff were very cooperative and friendly; especially Aliahmed.

Great place to relax. Calm, clean, harmonious. The breakfasts are excellent, if you have any wishes, the staff solves it immediately. A friendly attitude can be felt from all employees. The cleaning of the rooms and floors is excellent. There are restaurants. But we got into such a situation that the same dish, ordered on different days, was very different from each other. Medical wellness, hotel service, cleanliness, food and beverage were all good. From Baku to Gabala takes four hours. The road was terrible. Airport shuttle was good (except some facilities like table ) and the driver was very kind like all the other employees.

Absolutely amazing place to relax and rejuvenate. Picturesque Gabala welcomed me with its magnificent nature. Although the diet is pretty tough, I got used to it in 2 days. During the day I was so busy with the treatments, that I couldn't really get starving. Thank you for the greatest service!

Very good and effective spa hotel, relaxing atmosphere, confident and polite staff. The territory is quite developed and motivate for relaxing . The food is two type , tasty and various. Spa procedures are mazy and under control if doctors and support personal . Thanks to all team !

Nice property rooms are clean and spacious, they got fitness center, pool (warm water), sauna, steam, spa etc. staffs are good and friendly. Lobby is good. Breakfast food options are very less.

I stayed there for two days in the last week of November. The rooms are good and well maintained; you get a seat out in front of every room on the common corridor that encircles the interior courtyards of the hotel. Staff were helping. Food served were good. For those who are interested in architecture and construction, I feel the elevation quite unique. It has a huge backyard too with swimming pool...

The hotel is very beautiful , but the reception @ rooms service deal with the customer in a very official way , so don’t expect any extra help .

I liked this hotel very much. Friendly and helpful staff and the room was very clean and nicely decorated. It reminded me of an Arabian fairytale. Most guest are from the Arabian region as well. A strange impression... on the one hand the hotel claims to be premium class (finish, attention to detail), and on the other hand, it is surprising how the water from the sink from flowing from a siphon on the floor and none of the staff could see it. Friendly and helpfull staff The room was clean and cleaned everyday. Hotel staff were very friendly. Breakfast exceeded my expectation. There were quite wide range of food choices. Nothing to complain.

Thermal is not 3-4 years ago, they don't give toothpaste at all, they don't offer anything. 2 bottles of water are placed in the room with 250 mg additives if you don't want it, one small soap for 4 people, toothbrush and toothpaste are finished, they said in the lobby))

In January, we stayed in the hotel for 2 nights, while the weather was 1 degree, the heating system was not connected in the rooms. During the day, it was not connected again even though we told them to, after 1 day, when the number of guests increased and everyone was dissatisfied with the cold, they turned on the heater (((There was no heating in the restaurant or it is not used because everyone...

Good place to stay but far away from everything like attractions and city, the staff somehow nice, the hotel restaurant is expensive and not worth it, they have lack of amenities in the rooms

The view from the hotel is extremely amazing. We booked a Junior Suite for 3 people, and it was much better than we expected.

Qafqaz Tufandag Resort is a perfect blend of luxury and adventure. We experienced breathtaking views Caucasus Mountains, with the mountains covered with fog.. our room was luxuriously spacious, and spa was exceptional. The breakfast had a lot of choices. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway, family vacation, or adventure trip!

The view is very beautiful if you get a mountain view room. As well, they have 2 options either villas or hotel room. However, they need to work more on the food menu in terms of variety.

Very good place to spend weekend

We the family stayed there in gabala. Hotel was very neat and clean. Atmosphere around was beautiful. Breakfast was also decent. Although quite away from city centre, had a very serene environment around.

The hotel is amazing and the location is wonderful the hotel is around a very nice view the food there was tasty specially the meat there 🤤 plus the place was always clean I really like that place and 💯 % I’ll visit that place again

Excellent resort hotel, it is at a wonderful location, fully equipped, luxurious and comfortable and it is a city in a city as you don't need to go outside for anything, you will find everything inside it. The breakfast buffet is worth never missing.

rooms are 4star but setvice is mediocre at best. Room temperature is not regulated and extremly hot inside. shower are getting old
