Just the ok hotel. The staff doesn't understand English much. For one night it was good . Huge property. Food is just ok But pricing is good For kids activities we were asked to pay . That was weird.

The Hotel located centre of the town. Hotel staff are helpful and smiling. We stayed room with Mountain View's. Breakfast very good and all dishes are delicious. All foods are fresh.Room is large and clean. We drink coffee et the lobby Bar it was perfect.

Basic hotel in city center It is a basic hotel in the city. Staff is very helpful. If you are going to be out and about the whole day and only come to sleep, then it’s an affordable option.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 days. I almost liked it. Prices are normal, the food is very tasty. The staff and workforce are friendly and courteous. It has all conditions and beauty. I especially loved the pool.

The deluxe room was huge, a suite with a living room. Parking was convenient, and the service was warm; they even offered a crib when they saw we had a child. We are stay 2 days in this Hotel. Check in process was smooth and fast. They upgraded our room for free. Cottage 1 was spacious and clean,minibar available. Hotel location is very good,close to the city center and Tufandag resort, only 5 minutes by car. Breakfast is simple and we love the bread.

the resort was good but the management needs drastic improvement. our check in time was 2 pm, but we were late and reached at 4 pm and despite that the room wasn't ready and it was cleaned in front of us and we were made to sit while dust particles flew inside our nostrils.oh and the breakfast next morning, they only served few pieces of bread with butter and jam. when we asked for eggs, they served...
