Spring Hotel in Novxani

I recently visited this hotel and had a very mixed experience, especially with the pool. The pool was not clean at all — there were visible dirt particles floating on the surface, including hairs and even nose residues. Looking beneath the water, you could clearly see dirt settled at the bottom, which made it quite uncomfortable to swim.

The food was another disappointment. I ordered a sausage pizza for 18 AZN, and it was completely tasteless. It felt like I was eating dough with no seasoning or effort put into it.

On the positive side, the hotel's attractions were enjoyable and added some fun to the visit. They also provided towels and a locker, which was convenient for keeping personal belongings safe while using the pool area.

However, an unexpected inconvenience was the lack of a POS terminal for card payments. I had to make a card-to-card transfer instead, which is not acceptable for a hotel that should be providing proper payment options..

The aquapark is expensive and badly organised.There are just a few inflatables for the slides. Staff don't care about safety. It's very much a Soviet aquapark.

We went to the water park, there is no place to shower after the pool and the conditions are terrible. The food came in 90-100 minutes and a 20 percent service fee was charged. They do not accept card payments at the entrance and no checks are given. They only accept cash or card to card.

The hotel doesn't live up to its 5-star rating at all. We checked in at 5 PM and was recommended to book the water park. We only spent an hour on the slides because they closed at 6:30 PM. We were planning to go in the morning, but they wouldn't let us in either, insisting we pay again. The room was large with large panoramic windows, but it was very dirty. A kettle was provided, but there was no water, tea, or mugs in the room. The shower leaked so much that there was a puddle in the bathroom all the way to the exit. The carpet was dirty, and there were stains near the bed. We waited 40 minutes for our breakfast this morning. Our first day in Baku was a ruined first impression.

We came here today.They did not accept payment by card and the price was higher than last year.My friend cut his finger in the pool, but there was no medical equipment We will not come here again The guy at the reception didn't have a definite smile on his face

This hotel is supposed to be a five star one. However, it not even close to five stars.
The only two positive things about the hotel: the room was spacious and the stuff was very helpful and friendly.
On the other hand, everything is outdated: the furniture is broken, the bed is old, the towels are all ripped, the floors are stained. The hotel has a great location with a nice view, however, the windows were so dirty, that we couldn’t see anything. The room had a very bad smell, we asked to change it, the other room was stinky as well. Anyway, would not recomend this hotel as well as the water park attached to it. Too expensive, too loud and dirty!
