This hotel is fantastic! It's right on the beach, offering stunning views and direct access to the Caspian Sea. The hotel has several excellent swimming pools, including a large outdoor one and a heated indoor pool, which is great for cooler days. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and air conditioning. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. There are also plenty of facilities, including a spa, fitness center, and various dining options. While the location is a bit outside the city center, it offers a peaceful escape, and taxis are readily available to get into Baku. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

Bilgah Beach Hotel is in a fantastic location and boasts beautiful, meticulously designed interiors that create a welcoming atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor is truly impressive, adding to the overall appeal of the resort. However, I was disappointed to find that many of the amenities you’d expect at a beach resort were not available. The outdoor pool, beach access, and water park were all closed during my stay, which limited the resort experience significantly. Additionally, while the food quality was good, the lunch and dinner menus felt a bit overpriced. It’s a nice place, but without the full range of facilities, it didn’t quite meet my expectations as a beach resort.

Very nice calm place at beach front with good service, perfect setup. Rooms are well designed for romantic atmosphere. Very well sound proof, what we really appreciated. Some rooms are with balconies, loved bath at window front with view.

I would like to express special thanks to the entire team of the Bilgah Beach Hotel. They are all friendly and kind. Especially the Uzuk restaurant, the breakfast was impeccable, the service was top notch. Special thanks to the girl who takes orders in the open kitchen and always brings us an omelet. I don't remember her name, but she was a beautiful and very nice girl and she speaks Russian very well. And I also thank their manager! Thank you very much and we will come back again.

Great value for money, as breakfast is excellent. Shame about plastic waist on the beach, upsetting & unnecessary. Could easily be prevented and taken care of by the stuff.

Was expecting higher service as it was positioned to be a 5 star hotel. But very low, poor room cleanliness, problems with laundry, some personnel don't speak neither English nor Russian, lazy reception staff

The location is wrong. Do not come here. They are fleecing people showing city center but it’s actually another beach location 45 mins from the city center opposite direction from the airport. They pretend upon arrival they are unaware of this issue and further charge you city tax etc. just avoid. Heard of the Baku negative culture, now experienced it immediately upon arriving. Really disappointed and shocked how they are trying to make money from vulnerable tourists. This needs a serious investigation and a police complaint.

Everything in this hotel except what was inserted into it upon building is bad and awful - no service at all, mean and almost not knowledgeable staff, beach takes forever to reach and is almost not supported, any requests to the personnel take hours. We experienced at least one major issue with the hotel every day, starting from the fact that our reservation was not seen to the staff and until the very last day when they could not write down the amount of deposit that they required us to make. They kicked us out of the dining because of their deposit system failure and did nothing to help the situation. A nightmare of an experience.

Very friendly warm personnel who provided us fine stay at Bilgah Beach Hotel. All rooms are with sea view. Spa centre is free for all the hotel guests. The restaurants and cafes serve local cuisine as well. Special thanks to Munara (the waiter at the restaurant) who was very friendly and careful during breakfasts.
