+ Room is large, a bit old, but ok. Very good breakfast with the view and friendly staff. Good lobby and pretty lift. Really near the mall!- swimming pool was closed, a bit old room and noisy staff at the floor early in the room, didn’t manage to sleep well in the morning after the flight

This is the worst Holiday Inn hotel I have ever stayed at. Everything here is bad. The hotel is old and worn out. The furniture in the room is outdated and worn out. The bed linen and towels are worn out and gray in color. The curtains are dirty, the windows are dirty. Overall, poor cleaning. See the photos. The staff is poorly trained. For example, Almaz from the front desk is rude and indifferent, and the supervisors are unprofessional. I do not recommend staying here.

The room is spacious and very clean. Soundproofing isn't the best, but overall it's quite good. There's a large shopping mall nearby, which is convenient for shopping. During peak hours, the roads get congested, so transportation can be a bit inconvenient.

I am in such a great shock right now.
My money was stolen from my room
No 1313 last night around evening time when I went outside for dinner.
Saturday evening, June 14, 2025.
Someone stole USD 1700 and 700 AED and some other currency.
Total damage around 3k in USD.
I did not notice it until I just arrived in Dubai and was looking for my money.
They have a security camera right in front of my room no1313. They must have the footage.
Lets see what the hotel is go on a say or do now.
People please be careful in this hotel.
They took the money from the attached pic of my wallet, did not stole my cards IDs etc.

The restaurant staff is fantastic. They even interacted with us by saying our own language. The room is good. The shower pressure in bathroom is very strong. This is a hotel which we loved.

Location is great, near to major malls and there's plenty of food to choose nearby. Not forgetting about the hotel's Sahi bar which is relaxing after a day's work.

- Although speaking Russian and English both misunderstanding can happen, thus taxi order was made there and back although only one way was requested. Twice price was suggested.
