I wanted to order and thwn i saw reviews about animals in the heat its horrible!!!! Please punish them and help those little creatures😪😪😪

They keep animals in cages outside. I hope you will get what you deserve. They are not decorations, they are living beings

This hotel is abusing animals by keeping domestic cats and dogs in fences as a zoo under 40°C heat just to attract customers! This cruelty must be exposed and punished!

This place is horrible! People who care about animals and everyone please stay away! Just look and see how they keep animals in cage in heat without giving water and prpper conditions! Animals are not entertainment for guests! Cats, dogs, panting from heat outside in cages! #cancelAfHotel

We have stayed at this hotel regularly over the years with our family. But in 2024, everything changed. It was the worst experience we've ever had. We booked 3 rooms. All of them were in terrible condition. One had no air conditioning, another had no water, and in mine, the shower door was broken. Yes, the hotel is old, and we used to overlook such issues before. As for the restaurants — the food was average, but the service was a disaster. We arrived at 8:00 PM and didn't eat until 10:45 PM. We spent over 30 minutes trying to place an order - no one came. The waiters kept saying "we'll be right with you" and then disappeared. But the final straw was the disrespectful behavior of the hotel staff. Money was stolen from my wallet (not a large amount — 20 manats), and some of my personal food items — including fruit, water, and snacks — were taken from the minibar. The worst part was when hotel staff entered my room before the 12:00 PM checkout time, while ! was still checked in, and left the door wide open. My phones, AirPods, Apple Watch, and bank cards were inside. And the most unacceptable part: instead of helping us, a female security guard tried to physically assault my father and sister. The situation ended with the police being called. A year has passed, but I recently saw photos from that trip on my phone and felt the need to share this experience. I hope it helps others make the right decision. I posted photos showing security trying to attack my sister, and how others had to hold her back to prevent her from beating her. Take a look and think about how acceptable this behavior is. P.S.: No one apologized or took responsibility.

***Neglect fake 5 star reviews, photoshopped photos, and fake descriptions they did it!!!!*** My family stay at AF Hotel & Aqua Park was a terrible nightmare. The staff were unprofessional, rude and unhelpful, specially the woman seems to be the manager. and the room was dirty, with stained carpets, dusty surfaces, and an unpleasant odor. The bed was uncomfortable, the air conditioning never worked, (we complained since it was unbearable to stay but they didn’t even care a single bit. The ancient broken pool area lacked sufficient seating, and dining was equally disappointing with bland, bad-taste food and an unclean dining area. To make matters worse, the hotel was noisy day and night, making it impossible to sleep. Overall, AF Aqua Park Hotel failed to meet even the most basic expectations, and I do not recommend it. Save your money and find somewhere else to stay. My last suggestion to the manager: please close the nightmare and let people enjoy Baku..!

I had the misfortune of staying at AF Hotel and Aquapark in Baku, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The service was unbelievably lousy, with staff who neither spoke nor understood English, making any attempt at communication an exercise in futility.

To make matters worse, there were no restaurants available on site. We were left with no options for meals, and even when we managed to get room service, there was a mysterious service charge for nothing.

The hotel's beach was filthy, littered with trash, and hardly a place to relax. During the scorching summer, the air conditioning in our room barely worked, turning our stay into a sweltering ordeal.

Adding insult to injury, some of our personal belongings were stolen from our room. When we reported this to the management, they were dismissive and unhelpful. Moreover, they initially tried to cheat us by giving us the wrong room, which was a downgrade from what we had booked.

Lastly, the rooms were infested with mosquitoes, and there was no mosquito repellent provided. We were bitten all night and had no way to protect ourselves.

This hotel was a disaster in every conceivable way. I would strongly advise against staying here. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

I stayed in “AF Hotel AquaPark” Baku during this EID. The worst hotel I have ever seen. Even don’t deserve 1 star. No room supplies, no pillows and bath towels. Even after 4-5 reminders still no service. TV Phone not working. and you will be locked out as the room access card doesn’t work. You need to call housekeeping to open the doors. Waste of time traveling from city (almost for 1 hour) also waste of money as it is expensive than other hotels in City. No English Understanding staff (English speaking is far away). Big NO to this hotel.
