Midtown Hotel in Baku

I had a very good time staying at Midtown Hotel. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and easy to relax in. The reception staff were very nice, especially Samir. He is an excellent person, very polite, and always ready to help. Samir really cared about our comfort and did his best to make our stay better. Because of him, our stay was smooth and enjoyable. I truly appreciate his help and would happily stay at this hotel again.

Stayed for 6 nights. Beautiful experience. Super friendly staff. They even celebrated my wife’s birthday. Surprisingly almost all staffs speak English. The reception staff would go over and beyond to make you happy. Location simply the best value for money.

The people are so friendly and helpful. They are so polite with high standards of manars. Realy we enjoyed the stay. I visited Baku 4 times this is the first time that I felt that the staff are so friendly. A big thanks to the mangement that they reached to this level.

We stayed at the Mid Town hotel for a few days sightseeing in Baku. I think it must have been one of the best customer experiences I’ve ever had in an hotel. The staff are so warm, friendly and helpful - from the efficient receptionists, to the lovely dining room staff, to the cheerful and thorough cleaner. Mustn’t forget the Spa guys either! Everyone went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. My personal favourite was the lovely Aytac but everyone was great. Many hotels have great customer service but the difference with the folk at the Midtown hotel was that they seemed genuinely pleased to have us stay there. The warmth we felt from them was amazing. The hotel itself is modern and spotlessly clean with good facilities. The food is really good too - the breakfast selection was extensive and tasty and we were able to try local dishes in the evening. Some of the restaurant tables have an amazing view of the Flame Towers. Our room was upgraded (thank you!) and was both palatial and really clean. The bed was enormous and the pillows not too firm. The Spa seemed really authentic and well equipped. Not what we think of as a ‘spa’ in the UK - much more like a hammam. The location is away from the tourist areas which we preferred and only a 10 minute walk from Baku’s main transport hub (rail, metro and buses) - so the hotel is really convenient for travelling around the city. All in all the MidTown hotel helped to make our trip to Baku unforgettably brilliant. Massive thank you to everyone - you rock!

From the very first day I arrived at the hotel, I was welcomed with warm and sincere affection. My room was clean and spacious. The food, desserts, and drinks at the restaurant were exceptionally delicious. The waiter at the restaurant, Mr Samir, was a true gentleman. He always asked me if I needed anything. Chef Can, on the other hand, professionally offered me a special dessert he had prepared himself. I was impressed by this gesture. Chef Aynur, who was in charge of the omelettes, made me a delicious omelette. She does this job with great skill. Although we couldn't explore all of Baku, I was able to visit its beautiful historical sites. The hotel's biggest advantage is its location right in the heart of the city centre. If I come again, I will definitely stay at this hotel.

We stayed here for 8 days. We had 5 different rooms. All the rooms were specious, modern and clean. There were a chair, a desk, make up corner, small coffee table and coffee machine. The room was cleaned every day and they gave us water bottles every day. Semaya the cleaner from the 5th was great!!! The breakfast was good, plenty of choice. Kemale, the lady who made the eggs, already knew what we want and made an excellent eggs in any way that we wanted. Bur the star of the breakfast was Samir, the manager of the dining room. He spoiled us with small surprises like plate of desert or fruits. When he found out that two of us had birthdays, he arranged 2 birthday cakes and champagne and celebrated us the birthdays with music, fireworks and all the staff sang us “Happy Birthday”. Samir asked us everyday if we want something additional and made a good start for the day. In general the hotel is excellent but the staff is extraordinary, all the staff were amazing and very helpful, they made our vacation unforgettable.

The breakfast at the hotel was excellent — a wide variety of fresh options, beautifully presented, and very delicious. The restaurant supervisor Samir was attentive, polite, and always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a great start to the day! Highly recommended
