Our stay at the hotel was wonderful! The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The services were great and quick, and the reception staff were so kind and helpful, smailly people 🤍— always welcoming us with a smile- . It was a lovely experience, and we’d definitely stay here again!

The hotel was nice, but the room was very hot and the air conditioning wasn't working. It was on but no air came out. The best thing was the children's playroom. Thank you for your good service.

We like the place Alma Bagi is a beautiful property with big lavish rooms good for family we book villa there and very friendly staff. Our stay was comfortable and we truly loved the place. Only issue with internet Food, was ok ok however, was a letdown the room service dishes were quite bad, and while breakfast had a good spread, it still wasn’t great. Outside there is a playarea for kids that one point near around not much things to explore it’s quite far what i feel There’s no lift

They should higher people who can speak English or Arabic language Barrier is big issue they don’t understand the issue or for what customer is asking for good quality need to improved and check on your connected restaurant who is damaging staying repute also because of bad service

Alma Bagi is a beautiful property with lavish rooms and very friendly staff. Our stay was comfortable and we truly loved the place. Food, however, was a letdown the room service dishes were quite bad, and while breakfast had a good spread, it still wasn’t great. There’s no lift, but the staff helped with luggage so it wasn’t a problem.
We enjoyed our stay ❤️ and the souvenir shop opposite the hotel must visit , they have huge variety of things you can take home for family and friends and the store owners are amazing ..

Weve been staying here for 3 nights and for that 3 nights we are so delightful,treated and very comfortable! The room are so spacious, the sorrounding are clean, Serving breakfast is amazing and moat especially the staff are so friendly though there is a langiage barrier but they do their best to understand us.
