First of all, I would like to share my thoughts on how magnificent the hotel’s renovation is. Everything has been created to perfection.
I would also like to thank your team for their friendly and helpful attitude. I noticed the cleanliness of the rooms and the presence of every detail—nothing was overlooked.
Your valuable staff were so wonderful that I wouldn’t want to mention only two or three names and unintentionally be disrespectful to the others.

Great place to stay for exploring Shemachi city😍

It seems like a new renovated hotel, and the room was very big and comfy, along with a small balcony and 2 windows to the city view. The team members hardly spoke English, which was a bit challenging. They had an hour delay with the breakfast so we can't grade it. The area around is a bit boring. The SPA was nice and they have a good hot water pool.

Brand new, super clean, cozy, and beautifully done — everything feels fresh and comfortable. The service was amazing, honestly. Whatever we asked for was done right away, and even if something wasn’t perfect, the staff listened, understood, and fixed it immediately.
If you’re looking for a clean, new hotel with fresh air, spotless bedding, no weird smells, and really tasty, freshly made food, this is your place! 🍽️✨
The location is great — pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants are all nearby. And it’s very close to Pirguli, so you can easily visit the observatory and enjoy the beautiful nature around it. 🌿
We also have to mention the Üzüm Restaurant — the food was amazing: fresh, flavorful, and beautifully served, and the service was top-notch. We loved every bite! 🥰🍇 A special thank-you to Mr. Huseyn for his kindness, attention, and all his help — we truly appreciated it!

I've been to this hotel twice now. I enjoyed it last year when I came, and this year it has only improved! The staff are very courteous, the rooms are comfortable, the amenities are excellent. I especially enjoy the incredible panoramic views from the restaurant on the 10th floor. You can look out over the town of Shamakhi and see up into the surrounding mountains. It's breath taking.

No regrets for giving 5stars. The hotel is very modern. The city is cold and quiet in winter. Hot water swimming pool. Sauna bath. Gym. Friendly staffs.

Awesome hotel, was amazed to see from inside in a relatively not so developed area, we had the kings suite and it was too good. The room was divided between bedroom and sitting area by a revolving tv that can be adjusted for both sides, and view from the room is breathtaking , after stating here i realized that shamaki is underrated place.the hotel have its own parking which is very strong point for me as my last stay was in four square baku with no parking at all

The hotel almost maintains a level. Not very clean, I think this is due to the fact that there are not many guests at the hotel. The restaurant staff does not know English. There are no most dishes on the menu.

Great sauna and heated indoor pool, both free to use for residents, which alone made the roughly 50 USD a night price seem very attractive. Breakfast is adequate but may fall short of the 5 stars the hotel boasts (several cheeses, cold cuts and dips but no espresso, only instant freeze dried coffee).
