It seems like a new renovated hotel, and the room was very big and comfy, along with a small balcony and 2 windows to the city view. The team members hardly spoke English, which was a bit challenging. They had an hour delay with the breakfast so we can't grade it. The area around is a bit boring. The SPA was nice and they have a good hot water pool.

The main reason we came here was to visit the observatory, and honestly — it’s just the perfect place! 🌙✨ The nature, the peace, the fresh air — it all feels magical. And this hotel turned out to be the best choice we could’ve made! 🌟 Brand new, super clean, cozy, and beautifully done — everything feels fresh and comfortable. The service was amazing, honestly. Awesome hotel, was amazed to see from inside in a relatively not so developed area, we had the kings suite and it was too good. The hotel almost maintains a level. Not very clean, I think this is due to the fact that there are not many guests at the hotel. The restaurant staff does not know English. There are no most dishes on the menu.

Beautiful location with lake and mountain around. Quiet and peaceful. We did fishing in the lake. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. Overall amazing experience , loved it !!

Very good place for families. Beautiful nature, spacious room, staff is trying to be kind in every corner, of course some trainings need to be done. Location of the spa is far from the room, where we were staying, car need to be used, they also have club cars.

The best staff , excellent view , comfortable cottages . Thanks to all for support additionally there duties in snowy weather . Very tasty dishes in restaurants. Spa and other related services were for 5 star. Manager’s individual attention for each guest 👍

The place is stunning, amazing views and nature. We loved it very much. Mini-zoo is just an amazing amusement for a child and adult. The room we booked was very dirty (carpets in particular) and smelled bad. We complained about the smell and they just send a lady with the air freshener. No one ever came to fix the smell... The outdoor kids ground is old (wood is broken, and parts are falling apart...

The location is very peaceful and serene. But given the price we paid, I felt the hotel could offer more. I will say that the front desk offered their Whatsapp so we could msg them with anything we needed 24/7 which was quite helpful. As a luxury resort, firstly there was no buffet breakfast. Dont know about hotel and food but the play area and lake view is nice, we stopped over seeing the lake and had couple of clicks, met a guy Anar who was nice enough to give us a tour of place and clicked our snaps

Hotel is ok but the only restaurant on site Her Fasil (see photo) is a scam with poor food and service, and will do anything to rinse you of your money. Avoid at all costs.

Beautiful, green location with lot of attractions for child's and adults. There are places for sitting with a view to lake.

We had a wonderful stay at Basqal Hotel and Spa. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well-organized. The atmosphere was very peaceful, and the spa experience was truly relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Overall, we were very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a calm and pleasant getaway.

The hotel is excellent for family leisure. The restaurants at the hotel are also very good. Rast restaurant has excellent local national food. Spa offers excellent service for very good affordable prices. Guest relations Aytaj performed an excellent service by sharing her number, responding to all questions within minutes and sometimes even seconds. She was always available for any help /recommendations...

Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and offer a very nice view. However, they don't speak English, making it difficult to communicate with them, even with simple things like ordering food from the restaurant.

A small family run hotel at a place very close to historic cobblestone streets, where one can see copper craftsmanship, and Silk Road heritage. Very convenient location! Hotel's made very well - lap of nature and cute vibes! Rooms are also decent having all basic ammenities one would expect! The mattress is old so it's not the best for sleep. Breakfast was okayish - limited options.

Stayed for a couple of nights - simple hotel, but the room was clean, a good size, comfortable and with adequate facilities - no complaints at all. Nice gardens surrounding the hotel building and a pleasant breakfast enjoyed in the garden. A short stroll into the centre of Lahich and not far from the couple of restaurants we found that were open ! Pleasant stay and a good option amongst the few hotels...
