We stayed two nights at River Inn Hotel in Nabran and absolutely loved it. The hotel was quiet and peaceful—just what we were looking for. Even though it was February, the weather was lovely, and we had such a great time celebrating Valentine’s Day with my husband. The room had a beautiful Scandinavian-style design—simple, cozy, and elegant. We especially enjoyed the indoor pool and steam room—spent a lot of time swimming and relaxing. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we’re already looking forward to coming back again!

Cosy environment, silent pool, the best facilities. The only and one option of our family and friends when we travel to Nabran. Happy to be back again and agian! *******************************************************************

Our trip was very beautiful and memorable. The hotel's outdoor swimming pool helps to cool down and enjoy relaxation in the summer months. Our trip was very beautiful and memorable. The service was impressive, the only negative side of location is high price, but it is reasonable if to consider price & quality. The breakfast is unbelievable, you can order online preparation. Zoo, Play station, fishing, walking in forest, lots of events. The pool, I have not seen so clean, massive. The outside visitors are not allowed which is huge plus. Have a rest, it is worth for the money spent there.

Need to write in capslock! The reception and front manager are VERY RUDE and ARROGANT! Last day of our stay was terrible because of staff. They have no idea how to speak to clients. And the best part- they charged for entertainment without check and my signature. And after I showed them gift voucher, they didnt even apologize for that and asked “Should we return the money back?” .

This place is one of my favorites. Friendly staff, clean rooms,tasty food,great service.We lost t-shirt they helped us to find it.There are plenty of activities for each age.I advise everyone. Keep it up 👍

Near the Caspian Sea very beautiful and cozy place to enjoy with family. The staff is very friendly. Food is good but could be better. Example in breakfast breads were stale.

The resort itself has a nice layout, well designed.
However, in terms of staff, they are not prepared to handle tourists that need to speak English. Basically only 2 or 3 people of the hotel speak English (and not fluently), the rest no. Only a young man from the restaurant was able to speak English with us, and 2 others from the reception. The hotel is more suitable for people from the country itself or that speak Russian.
In terms of friendliness, also the staff from the hotel ranks low on this. Most of them do not smile or acknowledge us, and they just limit to stare. Is like we do not feel welcomed there. They have to improve language and customer service skills.
The location is 3.5 hours drive from Baku, the road to there is not that great, and you have lots of parts of it where you can only drive at 40 or 50kms/h.
The breakfast buffet need improvement in terms of organization and once again here the staff present do not speak English at all.
