The building is a fortress of stone, featuring a massive, breathtaking central courtyard. Walking through the arched stone corridors at night, lit by dim lamps, is incredibly atmospheric. Its winter when i went there so, the outside rooms are super chilly. The food in their restaurant and the service is superb.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the breakfasts were really good with a nice variety. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome.

A fantastic choice in Gabala! From the moment I arrived, I loved the welcoming vibe. The staff are incredibly attentive and provide fast assistance whenever needed. My room was perfectly clean, and waking up to their delicious breakfast spread was the highlight of my mornings. 10/10.

The hotel has very poor Wi-Fi. I've complained to reception several times, but nothing has been resolved. Wi-Fi is essential these days, and given the lack of trustworthiness of the hotel staff, I'll only give you 3 stars for cleaning the room .

A wonderful hotel with excellent service. The manager, Mr. Mohamed, is a true gentleman. He went above and beyond to take care of us, especially being considerate of my pregnancy, which made our stay very comfortable. His kindness and friendly attitude were greatly appreciated.

I stayed there for two days in the last week of November. The rooms are good and well maintained; you get a seat out in front of every room on the common corridor that encircles the interior courtyards of the hotel. Staff were helping. Food served were good. For those who are interested in architecture and construction, I feel the elevation quite unique. It has a huge backyard too with swimming pool and other amenities. You can have your morning walk there. The locality where the hotel is situated is very quiet and peaceful. There is a small super market and two bars nearby where one can frequent to.

Good hotel, rooms and service given are excellent. Rich breakfast buffet, SPA area can be used without any extra charge. Only small remarks are about position (7-8 mins walk to the town centre on an empty road) and about information provided: staff was really professional but could not help with useful tips about what to do in that area.

Beautiful all the way through. Room service, standards, food , and staff. If it were in a close location to restaurants it would have nailed a shining five. Certainly recommended if in Qabala.

A strange impression... on the one hand the hotel claims to be premium class (finish, attention to detail), and on the other hand, it is surprising how the water from the sink from flowing from a siphon on the floor and none of the staff could see it. Have Wi-Fi, but because it works-consider that it is not. Constantly 'falling off', and to other networks to connect to does not. Breakfast at a decent level, just enough that the juice from the packets (freshly squeezed for extra money), so why is it still and diluted with water :)
