Unfortunately, we could not appreciate this beautiful (according to reviews) place. The story is like this. We call on Wednesday, we say that we would like to book a room with a jacuzzi for 70 rubles on Friday, look at the room, because There are many options, I want to choose the best.

2. I say my wishes - the answer is: We do not show the rooms, look at the check-in, we have a lot of rooms, you will arrive on Friday, check-in without problems.
Good. I call on Friday, again the same style of communication - Yes. I'm trying to book a room - the answer is: There are no more rooms for 70 rubles, there are for 90 rubles. I go to booking.com, book a room there for 70 rubles. Alert comes, everything is in order. I call the number indicated in the notification - all the same unchanged Yes. I say the booking number, the answer is now we will clarify and call you back. I wait 30 minutes, I call myself - the answer is: This is a system error, there are only numbers for 90 rubles. After that, I clarified who I was talking to, and only then the man introduced himself - Victor. In short, the impressions are very unpleasant, the evening was ruined.

Just awful, worse than the last hostel!! We booked this accommodation on booking, 12/25/21, in a "suite with a sauna" as they characterize this viper, although in Minsk for $ 80 it's easy to rent a real suite in a hotel. For the first time in my life, except for the train, I was greeted by an unmade bed, the linen just lay on top, that is, I myself had to fill pillowcases, sheets and a duvet cover, a blanket is generally, something something)) On a 2-bed bed my wife and I got a single blanket, there were no other blankets and bedding sets in the "suite". Everywhere there is terrible anti-sanitary conditions, which is scary to touch something. In the described "Jacuzzi", which does not even closely match the description, a self-respecting person in life will not sit down, dirty, with wiped boogers. Terrible Dishman towels. And in general, everything points to the stinginess of the owner: the absence of any soap accessories (no shampoo, no gel, not even soap), the cheapest toilet paper - this is probably not used even in villages. But these are all trifles, finished off by the fact that about an hour after checking in, a message came from the booking office that our reservation was cancelled. That is, we did not stop by!! it’s not enough that the owner took money for accommodation without issuing a check, so he also, in order to save money and not pay a commission to booking and so that we couldn’t leave a negative review there, he simply canceled our reservation. This was beyond arrogance. After that, it became clear why he has such a high rating on booking, because he simply does not show the tenants, canceling their reservation. Accordingly, no one can leave a review about living in this viper. Yes, and good reviews only from US residents))) (left phone numbers, for writing positive reviews). In short, my advice to you is to avoid it.

We booked a room through booking. The booking was successful. The manager's number was given and had to be contacted 30 minutes prior to arrival at the booking address. Neither the manager's number, nor the number indicated on the website received a response. I had to urgently look for a new home. I am extremely outraged that nothing can be done with such careless people, it is not even possible to leave a review on booking, as these apartments have not been moved in. What Jacuzzi new hopes for .... with the current competition, it is not clear. Not serious, irresponsible people.

We booked an apartment with a jacuzzi and a sauna on August 7 at booking, on this date the price for this offer was reduced, and judging by more than one negative review here, this is because these apartments do not function in principle, and the offer just hangs, as a way to settle in other rooms. After booking, I received several detailed messages on booking, there was also a contact number and a manager's number. The letter asked in advance to inform the number of people and the time of settlement. Although these data are already required to be indicated when booking, I decided to call the contact number the day before to confirm everything again. The man picked up the phone, judging by the manner of communication, the guests are not interested in him at all, the whole conversation consisted of what he said to call the manager 0.5 hours before arrival. Arriving in Minsk on the specified date, we first of all went to the store so as not to waste precious time of rest after moving in on household issues. Having typed a basket of food, somewhere 28 minutes before check-in, I dial the manager, he asks to call back in 5-10 minutes. Well, not a problem. There is still time. While still in the store, I dial in 10 minutes. They don't lift. We pay at the checkout in the store, dial again and find out from the manager that they have problems with the stove, there is no electricity in the apartment, but they have another accommodation option, only there it’s just an apartment without the amenities for which we booked the room. No apologies, no attempts to smooth things over, nothing, just put before the fact and as if they are doing a favor by offering a room that we are not interested in. Naturally, there was no desire to continue the dialogue and contact this office. So we stood with bags of food while pizza was defrosting in them and looked for a new room. A big "thank you" to the manager and owner of this room, for their disregard for the guest and their reputation.

I ordered a room twice through booking.
And twice I found myself in the following situation:
In the morning on the day of arrival, I call to clarify the hours of arrival and whether everything is in order, they confirm to me that everything is fine and ask me to call half an hour before arrival.
For half an hour (when you are already in Minsk and have made your plans), they say from the apartments that they have problems with electricity and they will not accept you.
It happened TWICE.
There is no desire to check for the third time.
