We stayed for two nights. The hotel's location near the Bolshoi Theatre was extremely convenient, especially as we were attending a performance there. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was good. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and had absolutely no complaints.
This time, I was a bit late in booking a hotel in Minsk. When I tried to reserve rooms for our desired dates, this hotel only had one available, and we needed two. I thank the hotel cleaning lady who gave me activated charcoal when I was poisoned. It helped me a lot. Everything in the room is excellent - nothing to complain about. In autumn, before turning on the heating, the room was a bit cold without air conditioning. The lights are voice-activated and must be turned off manually, otherwise they will come on even when you turn over. I didn't sleep all night and the next day I saw the operating instructions in small letters under the lamp. Too many things to complain. Service is zero, cleanliness is zero, doesn’t deserve its money. The towel and blankets were so dirty, there was no even hot water in bathroom. The apartment is located in 5th floor and no elevator. The owner even didn’t contact with us earlier in order to provide keys. We were entering like beggars although we paid a good amount of money. The worst hotel ever in my life...

The room was great, spacious, clean, and fully equipped with tableware. You can cook your own meals. There's also a gym with all the equipment, making it excellent for business trips. Highly recommended! 😀😀

We also wanted some potato pancakes for breakfast (we are in Belarus, their homeland...
