The hotel does not pull its price!!! I had Suite 4. It does not have!!! Attention dental kit and they did not give it ((( what kind of suite is this?! But guys, why did you combine a party and music until the morning...

Excellent hotel. More like living in a mansion. All staff were very kind and nice. Location near subway and main streets but also quite and calm. Taxi and delivery are all available by a phone call and hotel can help too.

In autumn, before turning on the heating, the room was a bit cold without air conditioning. The lights are voice-activated and must be turned off manually, otherwise they will come on even when you turn over. I didn't sleep all night and the next day I saw the operating instructions in small letters under the lamp. The location is good, right next to the Opera House, and there is a decent Chinese restaurant...

Excellent breakfasts. Very clean and new room. The service staff is very polite and attentive. There were only breakfasts, but there was enough until lunch. Everything is always fresh and tasty. I would like to come back again 😚 Thank you)

Everything is fine! The staff is friendly. The girls at the reception are wonderful, sweet and highly professional. The floor concierges are all professional! Breakfast is wonderful. Both porridge and omelettes are haute cuisine. My son became a fan of the hotel's pancakes. The location is unbeatable! Quiet, everything is nearby.

Too many things to complain. Service is zero, cleanliness is zero, doesn’t deserve its money. The towel and blankets were so dirty, there was no even hot water in bathroom. The apartment is located in 5th floor and no elevator. The owner even didn’t contact with us earlier in order to provide keys. We were entering like beggars although we paid a good amount of money. The worst hotel ever in my life...

This is not the first time we have stayed at this hotel, the service is always excellent.

We stayed with our family and children at this hotel! We were very pleased! The room has everything you need! Clean, cozy! The location is great! We will definitely come again!

Excellent hotel, gorgeous rooms, super breakfast, parking. Didn't expect such a level.. but everything in the photo is the pure truth... The only thing is that there are bars across the river, the music is loud at night, but I think the hotel will be able to come to an agreement with them over time... I recommend it wholeheartedly, we will only stay here now

Good 4 stars. The room is large. The hotel is in a very good location. You can even walk to the train station in 30 minutes.

We are very happy with our choice. We will definitely come back!

The hotel deserves 4 stars, the staff is polite, there were a few downsides to the cleaning of the room, but overall we were satisfied with everything.

Great service! The girls at the front desk helped out! Since we were thrown by others with an apartment! We stopped at Independence 35, a good option for two with a view of the Victory Monument, right next to the metro! Thanks again!

I don’t recommend this place, the photos were photoshopped to make the aprtment looks like a nice aprtment. It’s not worth the money at all. Not well cleaned, so many broken things there. It’s too expensive for what they are offering.
