We booked this 4-star hotel for three nights because of its central location and positive reviews – and were completely disappointed.
The reception experience was unacceptable from the start. Instead of being greeted, we were simply told—without eye contact and while the staff member was looking at her phone—to check in at another reception desk. Such behavior is unprofessional for a hotel of this category.
The room had significant issues: a musty-smelling, leaking bathroom with visible dark mold spots. This does not meet 4-star standards in any way.
Most concerning, however, was the nightclub located directly above our room. From 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, loud music was blasting through the walls, making it impossible to sleep. Our complaint did not result in any solution, as no alternative room was offered.
The breakfast (50 BYN, approx. $18 per person) was disappointing in quality and neither fresh nor appealing.
Unfriendly service, hygiene concerns, severe noise disturbance, and poor breakfast quality – we cannot rate this hotel higher than 1 star.

Very good hotel dor mu tasty, my room was 201 ant 210, it were very quite rooms, no sound from outside or another hotel.
Rooms were very clean, with comfortable beds and bigs baths rooms.
Nice and plesure staff.
No fitness, but in 5th floor good strip club.
No minibox in rooms, but maybe reason of this that there is enough safe (idn) 😃

Horrible experience. They have strip bar on the 5th floor and if you stay on the 3rd, you won't be able to sleep until 5am, the music is so loud. Do not recommend.

Very new hotel, a worker of the hotel took our bags from our car to the room when we arrived. At the reception we found out that we had been upgraded to a higher category room. The room had a very big and confy bed, two flat screen TVs, a large sofa and a big bathroom with a good shower. When we went out of the hotel a worker of the hotel asked if we would like to have an umbrella as it was a bit cloudy outside. We were always greeted by the receptionist and asked if we had any wishes or complaints about the room. When asked if I could have some water, the receptionist said that it would be brought to the room in two minutes. The water was free of charge. The breakfast was fine, the variety was good but not outstanding. In general it was a very good experience therefore the 5 star review.

- But here are some words about noises from the bar and karaoke which located on the ground floor. It could be hard to sleep for noise sensitive people on weekends. You need to bring with yourself earplugs. The safe was missing. It would be great to have a safe in the room.

I like this hotel, good breakfast buffet and nice rooms. Fift floor strip club is a pluss. It's very sentral and high standard. But not the biggest hotel.

Location is PERFECT. Smack in the center of Minsk. The staff were helpful and the hotel in general was clean and tidy. Good WiFi. But not all is perfect.
The rooms have no safe. Breakfast is OK at best. There are also no extras like gym, lounge, etc. The room service menu is extremely limited...
