- This is OK hotel, but it is definitely not four stars. The staff and atmosphere is extremely cold and unwelcoming. When I arrive around 10 PM main hallway was extremely dark with exception of a little nightlight at the reception desk and then from nowhere appear the clerk that never welcomed me , didn’t even ask how was my trip and how easy I found how  hotel.  So maybe three stars maybe less . Breakfast buffet was unimpressive and when I asked them to cook me some sunny side eggs, they refused

- While looking extremely professional, the staff recited the information about the hotel without so much as making eye contact. There were no welcome smiles nor small talk (How are you today? Where do you come from? Is this your first time in Minsk?) upon arrival which created a very poor first impression especially for my partner, who was a first-time guest in Belarus.
- Restaurant is slow, reception is not solving anything if you have a problem, workers are not smiley they are not polite
