I’ve been in the better places so far. Minsk is very interesting place, big, clean and in some way bring me some memories from the past. The rooms in hotel are on the edge to be dirty

Furnishing is poor and old, especially in the bath. Food was typical Russian type, good salad. Main was very delicious and fresh. And bread with salmon was just ok

Anyway, I’ll recommend the place for its location and hospitality of the staff

Centrally located hotel. Very near to train and bus station. Good value for money

Excellent hotel! Conveniently located, next to a shopping center with everything you need. Breakfast is five points, dinner is a little pricey, but there are many alternatives nearby.

Nice and cost terrace on 7th floor, great choice of appetizers and wine list is good.

The view from the window is excellent - in the evening it is so completely magical that you are transported to Dubai) The cuisine is excellent, even simple dishes from the children's menu are brought to culinary perfection

In the center of city, close to everything by foot. Quite place, great service, big and light rooms. Taste breakfast. Highly recommend this hotel. And still authentic soviet style.

Since COVID19 President Hotel is the only place in the city center, where you can visit swimming pool and sauna after 21:00 in the afternoon.

Rooms are much larger than average and meticulously clean. I stayed here for 3 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The hotel is very close to the city center, a myriad of restaurants and superb shopping malls

The location is fine (close to the railway station and a metro station), many cafes and restaurants nearby, the bed is comfortable (for those who like soft beds), the swimming pool is warm and the jacuzzi is hot and strong

It is difficult to get into the hotel, one narrow door leaf opens, a corpulent person can only squeeze through sideways, it is unclear how to get through with luggage 2

We arrived in Minsk on July 15, walked to the hotel. We were incredibly tired, since the road from Moscow was 7 hours and the only thing we wanted was to take a shower and relax. Our check-in was supposed to be at 14

Naturally, we refused and did not even look at the room, because when I booked I wrote to them - only a non-smoking room! To which the administrator Tatyana said with a displeased face: "that she does not have another room and what do you want anyway?" In the end, she suggested waiting another 40 minutes until they clean the room on the non-smoking floor

And the most interesting thing is that none of the staff (neither the administrator nor the general manager) apologized even once! After sitting in the cafe for 45 minutes, no one notified us that the room was ready and we could check in

We were so shocked by their attitude and complete unprofessionalism. First they took money from us and only then presented us with a fait accompli! Out of anger, we asked for a senior manager

A wonderful place, you feel like you're in Europe! The glass elevator takes you smoothly to your desired floor. Live music in the restaurant. Exquisite cuisine. Very pleasant memories!

Considering this I can say that they offer the best possible breakfast for the current situation. The hotel is located in the very centre of the city

Room in a modern European style. All necessary amenities. Very clean, cozy. In the city center. With a wonderful restaurant.

There is no elevator, the rest is superb. No problems with the luggage, handy man is at your service.

The hotel had a really nice interior and everything you could need. I found the single bed a bit narrow. The bathroom was wheelchair accessible, but that wasn't a problem, except for the low mirror

Free parking in the city centre. I booked single room and it was with one single bed. I bit surprised… on the room pictures there was one big bed for a single room. There was no fridge (mini bar) in a room

1) Location near to main attractions , bus stops 2) One thing must mentioned is this hotel accepts Singapore bank issued credit card which so cool ! 3) one lady staff at the counter at midnight very smart and helpful in helping me for my credit card and train booking online 3) room is very neat and clean and comfortable

The service was also very polite and helpful in all situations. The only negative I can say is that the wi-fi worked very poorly in the room, me and my wife could only access it from the bathroom

I’ve asked and they brought it. But when I asked a tea spoon in a hotel restaurant they said it’s forbidden to give kitchen stuff to the rooms. I pay 70$ per night but they afraid I’ll steal a soon

The hotel is in a very centric location. The accommodation is great, very clean, the breakfast is good and the rooms are very clean and new. but be aware is a party zone where the hotel is

Hotel located in the center of the town but because it is right on pedestrian street taxi driver wasn’t able to drop me off at main entrance 

The only weak point (just for me personally) is too soft mattress. But I do realize it's absolutely subjective opinion.

So any where you can distract yourself until 4 am

Why didn't they tell me earlier that there is such a wonderful place in the center of Minsk ?! Summer houses, gazebos, huts - everything is in the fresh air and smells awesome of wood! The menu is very extensive and cool

I have not eaten meat for many years and I often face the problem - we only have fries for you. The prices are more than democratic. And the service personnel is a different story altogether

I like this hotel, good breakfast buffet and nice rooms. Fift floor strip club is a pluss. It's very sentral and high standard. But not the biggest hotel.

The reception spoke good English which was very helpful. The night of our stay there was a big party on the main floor which caused some disturbances. There is also a stripclub on the 5th floor of the hotel
