The room is fine. Nice and clean, except bathroom. And also they forget to wash the dishes cleanly in their restaurant. You can see lipstick on some cups in the middle on my picture.

Rooms are very nice. Room service was quick

The price includes breakfast and access to the aqua zone. The buffet is very rich in choice. The aqua zone includes a sauna and a hammam, a jacuzzi and a large 22-meter pool. All of this is well worth the cost

The price of the room includes breakfast (buffet) + in the neighboring building there is a SPA, where you can go once a day. A very good offer.

Drove up and there is an inscription only for rental bikes, had to put it on the stairs anyhow. Although the hotel I think it would be possible to make a nice big Parking lot

Everything is great, breakfasts are delicious and varied, but GO TO THE RESTAURANT ONLY FOR BREAKFAST!!! We waited over an hour for food (including salads), the waiters are incompetent, and the service is lousy

Very dirty everywhere. Spots, hair. Equipment doesn’t work properly tap and shower. I wonder but there is no fridge in the room which is extremely rare for 4 stars hotel.

Excellent hotel, super knowledgeable staff, excellent rooms for the price, spa facilities, even bath salts in the room (though for some reason there are no dental kits)

The hotel is located in a beautiful location. Nearby is a beautiful forest park, nearby is a reservoir where you can swim. Within walking distance is a large shopping center with many shops, cafes and playgrounds

Perfect place! Convenient entrance, presentable hall, plenty of meeting space, halls for events. PS: Nice atmosphere in the restaurant, delicious menu. The SPA zone attracted attention

Visited in the evening and only in the lobby. It is necessary to maintain the COVID-19 safety regime: mask, distance. The lobby has a bar, security service, administration

The location is fine (close to the railway station and a metro station), many cafes and restaurants nearby, the bed is comfortable (for those who like soft beds), the swimming pool is warm and the jacuzzi is hot and strong

It is difficult to get into the hotel, one narrow door leaf opens, a corpulent person can only squeeze through sideways, it is unclear how to get through with luggage 2

We arrived in Minsk on July 15, walked to the hotel. We were incredibly tired, since the road from Moscow was 7 hours and the only thing we wanted was to take a shower and relax. Our check-in was supposed to be at 14

Naturally, we refused and did not even look at the room, because when I booked I wrote to them - only a non-smoking room! To which the administrator Tatyana said with a displeased face: "that she does not have another room and what do you want anyway?" In the end, she suggested waiting another 40 minutes until they clean the room on the non-smoking floor

And the most interesting thing is that none of the staff (neither the administrator nor the general manager) apologized even once! After sitting in the cafe for 45 minutes, no one notified us that the room was ready and we could check in

We were so shocked by their attitude and complete unprofessionalism. First they took money from us and only then presented us with a fait accompli! Out of anger, we asked for a senior manager

We really liked this hotel, the rooms are not small, with air conditioning, and the breakfasts are absolutely fantastic, everything is so beautiful, filling and tasty. The hotel has its own convenient parking

Why didn't they tell me earlier that there is such a wonderful place in the center of Minsk ?! Summer houses, gazebos, huts - everything is in the fresh air and smells awesome of wood! The menu is very extensive and cool

The price and quality correspond, the room has everything you need. The staff is responsive and polite, we were very pleased. Breakfasts are on the menu, but very plentiful and delicious, thank you!

I have not eaten meat for many years and I often face the problem - we only have fries for you. The prices are more than democratic. And the service personnel is a different story altogether

Bartender Max is also a cannon. Such an excursion to my husband on whiskey has not yet been conducted. Ten out of ten! I advise everyone!

Gorgeous cuisine, the food is really delicious Breakfast is excellent I will definitely come back here. I recommend

Awesome pizza, try it without hesitation! And what a delicious fruit drink is prepared, no cola stood next to it !! The staff, unfortunately forgot the names of girls and guys, just great! You rarely see such dedication to work! Wonderful people !!! Let's hope that circumstances will lead us to Faluparak kupala more than once! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

A chic place! I never thought that I would write such a thing about a hotel in Minsk! We were there only 2 days, we got there by accident, circumstances forced us, I would very much like to stay longer! Very comfortable, for the first time I did not want to leave home

Honestly great place. Probably one of the best i have stayed. Very new house with stylish interior and cosy rooms. Home-made breakfast and wonderful hostesses. Free Space for a car inside the yard.

Wonderful, cozy place with great quality to price ratio! Super clean, modern, comfort beds, great kitchen with free drinks and breakfast. Hard to beat. Super convenient for transit motorists.

Here we were given tea, a broom was handed to us for a bathhouse, this is a super class vacation, wait for a visit again! Thank you for your hospitality, we had a great rest🔥 See you soon 😊
