The hotel was clean and staff friendly. There was an issue with one of my two rooms being cancelled without my awareness which was frustrating and lucky that there was a room available.

We had a fantastic three-night stay here last August into early September. The location is unbeatable, perfect if you're arriving by train, as the hotel is situated directly above the station. The staff at both reception and the bar were exceptionally pleasant and professional, making check-in and evenings at the bar a real pleasure. This Hotrl is a great hotel, but the hotel itself is a bit old but overall was good. Note if you are driving, you have to park the carpark next to the hotel, or you can park on the streets. (cuz we parked the carpark for around 10hrs and it costed us 29.90€.

This is a very nice hotel with very friendly people at the reception. Also breakfast gives you more than enough choises. We will absolutly promote this hotel to friends and family.

This hotel is verry nice verry clean. The rooms are verry nice and clean they are good size so is the bathroom and toilet. There is a swimmingpool 2 sauna's you can get a massage. The breakfast is verry good everything you want is there even bubbles,eggs pancakes ,croissants, saucage's,bacon and alot more. I really recommend this hotel for people.

Where do I begin, we arrived in the middle of a heat wave and although spending time on the beach was wonderful ,spending time and trying to sleep in our room was terrible .There is no air con and although we had a fan in the room sleeping at night was bad. This is meant to be a 4 star hotel, but there were so many things missing No beach towels Spa water only given on arrival No slippers or bath...

Very friendly staff, from check-inn desk to breakfast personal. We had a very nice room, with a good bed and fluffy pillows and a big bathroom. The breakfast is superb ! All you can think of that you need for breakfast is available. The hotel is situated in the center and very close to the beach.

When I made the reservation i booked a double bed, but it was two singlebeds put together (so two separate matrassess, which i find enjoying if you sleep together as couple) Some noise from upper neighbours, and boulevard can be loud too, so bring earplugs if you are light sleeper. Nice place, nice hotel. It’s very obvious it’s off season in Blankenberg. Sadly that means that some of the advertised facilities are not available.. pity. Breakfast looked nice, would have liked some but doesn’t start till 8 which is too late for me and anyone else who has to be at work… pity.

Very nice experience, friendly and helpful staff, pool and sauna top! Good location in the off season.Maybe to noisy in the summertime. Close to the beach, restaurants and the shopping street. Great breakfast and very dog friendly. Certainly worth a next visit.

The staf was really friendly; both at the reception desk and at breakfast. The hotel is ideally located; in a street full of shops and two minutes from the beach. Very good breakfast! The room is good. You have everything you need in there! No airco, but no need for that during our visit. Also an indoor pool, even a sauna with super hot temperature. This time there was a "hole" in the foor...

I had a small room. It was a Beautiful room, with a shower, fridge, desk, coffeemachine with Two cups a day, tv, small table and 2 chakra, a hairdryer. Very friendly staff! The swimming pool and sauna are great!

We were in Saint Sauveur hôtel at very bad, cold and windy days, but inside the hotel It was warm and very cozy. We especially want to congratulate and note the good attitude and room service of the service Bulgarian staff, who after we left called us for a forgotten necklace of my wife. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Highly recommend this destination!

Nice comfy stay. Really nice building, only used the room so can’t comment on food/bar etc but staff were very nice and super efficient. Room was very nice, if a little small. Next time I shall take one of the larger ones.

Very nice beds, clean appartement. Nice coffeemachine, rather have some tea too...the keycards didn't work with the elevator of appartement visserstraat 101. You could not open the door to the room with the lift, really strange. A more clear plan of where all hotels were could have helped us betetr. Great breakfast, nice staff

Everything is fine except simple things like Internet on TV Set, no teapot and an opener. But it was disturbing. Why do you have a TV set in a room if you can’t use it? Is it so difficult to buy an opener? It’s essentials and it spoils the mood.

Room was up to date and clean but you can hear everything of the neighbours... Nice to walk near to the sea and near to the shops. Many possibilities to have diner at night. Near to the station, also easy to park the car.

The hotel was very clean, very good located, very friendful arbeiter. Only problem was parking place. It is not easy to find a parking place at that area. We were with our dog there, it was pet friendly hotel. Very close to seaside. They have the opportunity of open buffet breakfast.

We had an awesome stay. The stay was worthwhile especially for the breakfast! The only downside was the room was quite warm even with the so called a/c on. But it was in a good location!

The rooms were far too small; you had to crawl over the beds to get to the other side of the room. The bathroom was also very small. The breakfast was great, and the children had plenty of options, but the dining area was far too small.

Budget hotel The Budget Ibis doesn't always have any Receptionists available, so had to check-in at Mercure next-door. The door code stopped working next day. I had to get a new code from the Mercure every day! Which was very inconvenient- having to exit my hotel and walk around the corner to the next hotel. It also made me feel insecure at night, thinking no staff on duty! One night the fire alarm...

Short stay Check in was a bit confusing. I'd checked in online in advance but didn't receive details of how to get into the hotel. Had to enquire at adjacent Mercure hotel and they were able to give access to the Ibis hotel. Not a major problem but could be clearer.

Really great service and location

Our stay at Hotel du Commerce in Houffalize was fantastic. The breakfast is delicious and extensive, and the food is super tasty (scallops, venison tartare, tagliata, sole). The cozy corner with armchairs makes it extra inviting and feels like coming home. The room was perfect, the staff friendly, and the owners a fantastic couple. Highly recommended!

It’s right in the heart of Blankenberge, close to shops and restaurants, which is very convenient. However, parking was a real challenge: not only was it extremely expensive, but I also had to park in two different locations because of the weekend market. The hotel is located in Blankenberge close to the beach. The rooms are pretty nice and big enough. It is a 3 Star Hotel. The lunch is also nice. The only deduction for a hotel like this: The room door did not close in a propper way.

The giant beds were supper confortable good shower pressure and plenty of hot water and the breakfast choice was amazing. Not worth repeating. Price/quality is subpar. The elevator doesn't work. The coffee machine at breakfast usually doesn't work either. Mold in the shower and the carpet in the room was filthy, to put it mildly. €220 for a filthy room??

A decent little hotel. Friendly reception. The room didn't look like the photo on Trip, but it's unclear whether that was the hotel's fault. The room was fine, the bathroom was outdated, but otherwise fine. The mattress was a bit hard and might need replacing. The view was fantastic. All in all, for a last-minute stay during peak season, the price-quality ratio was excellent.

Very decent hotel for such price

The room is really small for what you pay for a long with the high possibility of you not having a good view. They called this an upgrade from the hotel we originally booked but definitely not. The people are nice and the cleaning service is so adiment that they kicked us out of our room to clean up. There are also barely any outlets to plug in your phone/laptop/electronics

The location is next to the beach which s good for vacation. The wellness spa gives you relax and the indoor swimming pool . The breakfast is really good and lots of choices. Only the elevator is a bit busy and small.

Hostel-feeling hotel close to the beach Rather retro hotel that seems like a former home for old people in style and look. Many pensioners as visitors but also some students. A distinct hostel-feeling overall. Lovely location with a short walk to the beach - but very strange that swimming was forbidden in early October.

Short break in Flanders The hotel is conveniently placed being served by a frequent tram service and across the road from a wide, clean beach. The studio rooms are spacious, comfortable and well-equipped.

It’s a ok hotel for family visit. Little overpriced

We do not understand the 1 star rating. The room was freshly renovated. The shower is hands on the best I have encountered in a hotel better than my own shower. On top of that the staff were so friendly there was a personal touch that we felt. Breakfast is very good an again the personal touch. The entrance is not yet renovated but honestly there more stars here!

I would give a 5 star but there were three things we stayed in the Elena suite. It was very nice. Room was big. It was clean and looked very much like the pictures I had seen. The bed was lovely the first thing is the bed was low and very soft. I have back problems which made it hard to get out of the bed. We visited in November and the town was quiet. It is about a 15 minute walk to the train. The atmosphere is very nice, new and clean. All the staff were friendly and accommodating. We recommend staying here !

Stayed 2 nights in October 25, perfectly situated for a short stay with great view over the coastline. Couldn’t fault hotel and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nice hotel with a perfect breakfirst. In the middle of the center and only 100 meter from the beach. Many restaurants and pubs nearby. The owners of the hotel, Guy and Gini do there very best to make you feel at home. Very friendly people and if they can they give yo very good tips to visit al kind of things. The bed was comfortable. The room was nice and spotlessly clean. We had daily cleaning which we didn't expect. The breakfast had a lot of options, which we also didn't expect. The guy that runs the place was a little bored we thought, but when we needed his support he was very helpful. There were also Halloween decorations which made the place even better. Well done.

A positive experience! Small family run hotel in the center of town, 2 minute walk to the beach, 15 minute walk to nearest low cost parking area (€ 5 /24 hours). Room is small and not luxurious but everything worked well. TV with many international programs. Breakfast was very good!! Would defintely stay here again in the future!
