located in the center what is great, hotel itself and the furniture old , room did not look cozy at all, there was no bin on the room, toilet and shower are separated and tiny . Everything looks very old like of time stopped for a couple decades but all functioned properly and bed was comfy. If you are scared of elevators avoid them, i got stuck in one, the receptionist rescued me, nothing dramatic but since he did not speak English or French I could not understand his instructions but he managed to get me out. You will see that elevator looks pretty scary.

Stayed for 3 nights (2022 Aug 19-22). Avoid this place at all cost, I regretted not listening to other reviews.

Stayed for 3 nights arriving Antwerp on Friday.

Friday night: party noises from outside and lots of doors banging, can't sleep.
Saturday: I put up a 'do not disturb sign' outside my room in the morning, when I returned in the afternoon, the bath towel went missing. Told the reception, he claims he's not in charge of cleaning team and can't do anything, but will write it down and sort it out. Had to use hand/face towel after shower.
Sunday: Bath towel still missing, party noises persists.

Staff may sound friendly or sound helpful but does absolutely nothing. The only thing that is good is the location really.

We were waiting for the train station to open after a concert past midnight and with no place to stay the night, have a very nice 2.5 hours time in the billiard for a good price to alleviate the cold outside. The attendant at the billiard was very friendly and helpful

The pool hall is great clean nice music good food and drinks they have a nice smoking section inside the pool hall....I never checked the rooms out any other hotel is better but if you love pool this the spot

How is this place even allowed to exist in 2022? I have never seen such a dirty hotel in my life. No internet, no way to charge your phone as el. socket was broken, guy at the reception couldn't care less. Room not cleaned, stains on walls, bed, broken doors. Stench that never goes away. Only recommend for a director to shoot a horror movie but any normal person stay away from this place.
