The location is very good. It is just across the overpass from the hotel to the Antw-Berchem train station and 5 minutes to the central train station. The room is a bit small. The air conditioner in my room did not start at night and I didn't find it until the next day. But the staff came to fix it quickly. The breakfast is quite rich and there are plenty of parking spaces. Google navigation can't guide to the hotel, it can only guide to the other side of the road, which needs to be improved.

We were happy with hotel in general. By booking we were already aware that's nothing near by so didn't expect much from the location.
After checking in we ended up with a blocked sink inside of teh room so we got the room changed, after receiving the key by reception we went downstairs to the parking to get our luggage and than back to the room with a new key....which wasn't working at all, that was frustrating especially after all day long driving to be up and down to change the key.
Room has some amenities in the shower including hair dryer. Iron and ironing board available in the Room, no fridge. Room was really cozy and comfy

Being based in the Bercherm it is on the outskirts on Antwerp but it is a 20 min walk form Antwerp international Airport.
The rooms were extremely modern and clean, as was the look of the hotel in general. Also being located next to Berchem train station was helpful and it benefits from having its own restaurant as well as a number of restaurants nearby!

every Friday I need to wait in Antwerpen Berchem for an hour because of my train schedule. it would have been really boring to wait for an hour if it wasn't for the park inn hotel. I always go here to have some coffee while waiting. the coffee tastes amazing, it's not expensive either. the staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is very pleasant. it turns what would be a very boring wait into a very relaxing experience. everyone who works here deserves a promotion

Only negative thing is that it doesn't have a swimming pool and our rooms didn't have a fridge. Regarding positive ones: Breakfast is awesome, there are so many things to choose from and they are all good. There is a gym and a pool table. You can rent umbrella. Train station is next to it. Lidl market is next to it.

Superb friendly check in on arrival. Room lovely and clean with air con and also a great TV with chromecast so you could stream own film. We stayed for one week and chose not to have room cleaned everyday as not required but when we asked for more coffee and toilet roll it was frowned up by one staff member at reception. Cannot understand why. Saves them money cleaning everyday and the environment! Otherwise a great stay. Very handy for trains to antwerp or trams nearby. We found a great bar nearby down at the end of the old street called Wattman. Great Flemish Belgian stew. It was also good to have Lidl below hotel too. The local area was great for street art too!
