Very close to the center, easy parking underneath, but cheaper in the blue boulevard only 5 min away.
We had a difficult night due to a large group whi had no regard for other guests. I notified staff and because we were not alone, a very correct compensation was offered.
More than satisfying breakfast buffet.
Wonderful group in Front Desk and Restaurant. Took good care of our Race Team Members and fans from Luxembourg. Looking forward to Returning next Zolder Circuit Race event.
The room is spacious with 2 double beds, can accommodate up to 4 people, making it suitable for families. The location is good, near Quartier Bleu and the city center. Parking is convenient. The food is delicious. However, the bathroom does not have a door to close the shower area, so when taking a shower, the water will splash all over the room.
Nice hotel situated very well. There is not a lot of parking, and there was a festival, so we couldn't park at the hotel, but the hotel guided to a parking area a couple of minutes away. The restaurant service is terrible. We were ignored, after having engaged the first contact. So, we had to leave to find food elsewhere.
Pleasant Stay
The staff at this Hotel are some of the nicest and hardest working people I’ve encountered in my travels.
luxury, comfy, well located, friendly staff, great breakfast, option for gym

The location is very central. Very fast check in and check out.I stayed in a single room(cabine) which was comfortable with basic amenities. The single bed was bigger than expected.
REALLY small rooms and electric wires hanging from the wall. Not very professionally run reception, but employees were nice.
expensive compared to quality.
Nice athmosphere and OK breakfast.
Very good looking hotel, the detail is amazing, rooms are small tho.
The overall experience was okay. But bad things first: The first thing that we sadly noticed was that the staff at the check-in was pretty unfriendly. No one at the check-in has told us what you can do in Hasselt or gave us any other information about the city and life there. The only words that we exchanged were the WiFi Password and the Room number. Another thing that bothered us were the stains...
Nice Hotel!!! Just next to the center of Hasselt! Haven't tried the food yet but smells good :) very pleasant staff, comfortable bed and clean! Recommend!
No hot water was provided while taking a shower. And the staff didn't like me because I checked in at midnight. He said dont do this next time.

This accommodation is great for a business trip because it has a pot in the room and a microwave in the lobby. Thus, you do not have to worry about your dinner. The room is spacious and clean, too. The location is the center of Hasselt.
[Exceeding expectations] The hotel facilities are modern, the front desk reception is warm and professional, and the check-in procedures are smooth. The room is spacious and bright, quiet and hygienic, the design is considerate, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard for a good night's sleep. It comes with toiletries, and the details are perfect! The breakfast is OK, close to the subway station...
It’s a good hotel for business travelers
had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff was friendly and attentive, making me feel welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, with great amenities. The location was perfect, close to attractions and dining options. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
Will be back again for my next trip
Business trip, breakfast is OK

A typical roadside hotel for car travelers. Situated next to the road. Simple room. But everything you need is there, shower, bath, air conditioning, TV. The plumbing is a bit outdated, the toilet did not flush well. I recommend for one night, but not for 100 euros! We got there during the holidays, the price is too high.
Had a good night stay in the hotel, with a water cooker in the room and a bath with powerful water spray. Only for breakfast you have to go outside to the other building.
The hotel is only conveniently located if you travel by car, it's not in the center, but very close to the highway entrance/exit which makes it easy if you just stay for overnight. It's basic, but everything you need is available.
The hotel was basic! The beds were terrible! Legit awful. But it was a great location and the breakfast was decent. I wouldnt pay more than 100€ a night though
On the first floor, the room smelled, the size was not as big as described, there was a highway next door, the curtains were thin, the sound insulation was poor, the air conditioner did not listen to the control and could not heat up.
It's a shame about the noise from the service ladies from 7:30 a.m. to 8:00 a.m. who come by with the vacuum cleaners etc...

Our entire group stayed in this hotel for 2 to 4 nights, and other group members' rooms reported that kettles, showers, glasses, etc. were either broken or damaged. The worst part was, before I left, I asked the hotel if they could help me book a taxi on the day of check-out, because two photographers were leaving at 6am, but the hotel told me that they couldn’t. They only provided a local taxi agency...
The hotel is clean and new. I booked and paid for this hotel through Trip.com, but I can't simply check in because the front desk said they hadn't received payment from Trip.com !
Nice modern downtown hotel with excellent service and good customer service
The location was good as it was in the city center and I expected it to be a 4 star hotel, but it was small. It was clean and I was satisfied.
The hotel does not have a parking lot, but you can park in someone else's parking lot on the underground first floor for 20 euros per night. The room is clean and the location is in the city center. It's good to stay for one night.
Very nice hotel, right in the city center with lots of places to eat.

I stay here every time I come here. It is considered a good hotel in Liege. The breakfast is of high quality, and the lunch and dinner are also very good. The hotel is a converted castle, which is very interesting.
The room is very artistic, with an aesthetic experience for adults. The spa is also very good. The deepest and clearest swimming pool I have ever seen in Belgium. The spa is actually mainly for outdoor courses, which often occupy half of the swimming pool. Guests of this hotel need to change into swimwear and bathrobes in the room. The room service is almost zero. Even the disposable chocolates were...
The hotel is very old-fashioned. It is recommended to drive to the door. The stairs next to it are a bit high. You can take the elevator down to the swimming pool to avoid taking the stairs.
Luik is a wonderful city and this hotel is a great place to stay. The breakfast is very much worth the price. The wellness is also a nice extra. Staff is very friendly. Easy walk to centre and restaurants. Recommend!
I got bitten by a bug while sleeping, and it was swollen for a week.
Yes, Liege is not big, the hotel location is pretty good, it’s relatively convenient to go everywhere, and the environment is okay. Overall, I’m quite satisfied.
Restaurant is very good and reasonably priced

Good services and try to help on the address questions
Very convenient location, friendly service from the counter staff, simple and fast check-in and check-out process, the room is not big but clean, the lobby is very comfortable, and the price is not expensive!
This hotel is always very good for us, close to all amenities, city center, garage 10e for 24 hours, downstairs from the hotel, for us simply good.
Excellent location, the center of the old town, very convenient for shopping. You can take bus No. 1, No. 2, No. 3 from the train station for 2.6 euros. But the hotel does not have a kettle and the window cannot be opened, which is a bit uncomfortable.
Location in the city center, you can do everything on foot.
Although the room is not big, it is quite comfortable.

I liked the service and responsiveness of the staff. As well as the cleanliness of the hotel.
Rooms were full and then booked an apartment 20 meters further from the hotel.
Breakfast was great as well as the service. The apartment / room was large but the furnishings could have been a bit warmer.
The cleaning left something to be desired, we cleaned the toilet ourselves.
Heating was set I think, and could have been a degree higher for us and the shower water was rather cold.
Location is excellent, room was also nice but having a see through door to the shower can be kinda awkward if not travelling as couple - can easily be solved with a translucent film over the door. Service was good but luggage is stored in a hallway that anyone can access, which doesn't feel safe. It was put in a closed backroom after I asked, but it would be better if this was standard.
Keep in mind it’s in the middle of the city, no parking available. Very small hallway and elevator also good to know that’s very difficult to pass with a stroller.
The hotel is nice. Not costly and in well condition.
Everything in the room is like brand new.
Nice location in the city centre and many restaurants around.
The location was great, right in the center. Beautiful hotel with nice rooms. spacious bathroom with separate toilet. Breakfast area was very large and beautiful. Generous breakfast with lots of choice. The only downside was the bed topper. On one bed it was very lumpy, not smooth. The topper has probably been washed and the contents have become stuck together. Very disturbing. This is indicated at...
