Super cool hotel in a very special building. Perfect location.

Nice hotel close to the highway. We stayed there for one night on our way to Paris.

Second time to be here. I love it. Beautiful decoration with art pieces. Yummy breakfast

The hotel is very new, with a Tesla charging station, a large parking lot, and next to the highway. It is a good choice for passing by and resting. The room is not big, but it is OK. The dinner in the hotel restaurant tastes good

The room is very design-conscious, with many environmentally friendly elements, in line with the European concept of sustainable development. The surroundings are very quiet, the room is very clean, and it is very close to the business trip location, which is very convenient.

The hotel is very close to Namur city, and less than 1hr ride from Brussels and Dinant. It was a very nice stay

I’ll start with the good. The rooms were large, comfortable, tastefully decorated and the views across the river through the huge windows were gorgeous. The beds I would say were probably the biggest most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was spacious and just really nice. The hotel location was perfect. Now for the not so good. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping was friendly...

Location is great, just downhill off the Citadel of Namur, which is definitely a place worth to visit.  You can do free street parking just outside of the hotel from 17:00-09:00.  From 9:00 - 17:00 you can also do the free street parking but the max hours is 3hrs.  Overall a great experience to stay here.

A beautiful spot by the water. The ****** is a great place to relax at the end of the evening.

Nothing to say about the cleanliness. The food at the restaurant La Carte du Roi is excellent. It is better to book to be sure of having a place. The room is very comfortable. It is just a shame that the wellness area is not a little bigger...

We had an incredibly disappointing stay at Mercure Namur from 13 August to 15 August . Our experience was ruined by the inconsiderate behavior of neighboring French guests, who made excessive noise past midnight ( between 12:30 until 4:30 am….)Despite the constant loud music, shouting, and banging on the walls, and slamming the doors etc maybe they lost some money at ******. Hostel Namur is a decent option if you’re looking for a simple place to stay. The hostel is generally clean and functional, though not exceptional. The rooms and common areas do the job, but comfort and atmosphere are fairly basic. The location is convenient for getting around Namur, which is a plus. The staff, however, were friendly, helpful, and easy to approach, which definitely made the stay better...

The staff is really kind Generous breakfast was included. Amazing view! Even dough I felt limited in my room (could just sleep and do nothing else, neither prepared myself, not to disturb my roommates sleeping until late) I had a positive experience.

Extremely welcoming staff, nice quiet room, nice simple breakfast

We stood for 2 nights with the family and had a great time. The receptionists were extremely friendly and the facilities with couches, a bar, table football etc. Very cozy. It has a nice view on the river and we used scooters in front of the door to reach the center. Thanks a lot !

What a fantastic place and stay: very clean and homely; bar, great buffet breakfast, great value, hostel-style accommodation. As good as this type of accommodation gets, with clean, well-maintained rooms. Peaceful, picturesque, quiet location overlooking river, so equally not ideal if you want to be in the heart of town and nightlife. Hostel with classic youth holiday vibes. Nice building, rooms with large windows. Blankets could be cleaner and the coffee at breakfast really needs an upgrade. At the same time, absolutely excellent service with friendly staff. Very accommodating to cyclists.

Regular place for me to stay if working in the region. Rooms nice. It’s a bit quirky getting around the hotel as in stairs/ corridors .

Absolutely beautiful hotel inside and outside. Breakfast was really lovely. Les Grill restaurant was really good, they dealt with a minor issue we had very well. Steak was amazing.

Great venue 3 day break … hotel was lovely! Rooms spacious and well appointed. Hotel was very close to the centre which made it a great base for eating and drinking as well as site seeing only downside was the parking was very limited.

A lovely family suite, very good value for a modern room. Nice to have the two toilets and separate bedroom for parents. Nice and quiet with quick easy walk to restaurants and the citadel walk. Highly recommend .

Perfect location for The Flow, at 15 minutes walk away. Comfortable hotel with character and the staff were delightful. Good value for money.

Great fond6 What a find! Lovely, quirky place with enthusiastic staff. Some parking right there and big underground carpark with EV chargers not too far away. Right on the river with good access I to town. But we were too tired to leave the building for dinner, and that was great. Superb good choices and every tasted fantastic. Even if you weren't staying here, a great place for a quiet informal.meal

Summer break in Namur Good rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location!

This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last.

The air conditioning- if there was any- was certainly not working. It was very hot and the room never cooled down. The first thing I check when I travel abroad is to be sure the facility has air conditioning. I feel it was false advertising to say this property had air conditioning. The room was musty.

A fun place to spend a few nights when visiting Namur. The air-conditioning was great in the hot July weather when I visited and my little balcony, which I was not expecting, was a treat. I often travel solo and take Expedia's recommendation of the suitable room for solo travellers. My room had a single bed which had a comfortable mattress but was a bit on the small side for a 6ft2 man!

All good but there is no internet inside the room that really sucks!

All you need en route Old hotel but newer accommodation wing. Good restaurant.r restaurant. Room was large and comfortable.Lovely to have a full size bathtub. Parking available.

Our Stay We have previously stayed at this hotel. We found the staff extremely courteous and friendly. The food was very good with a good variety of food available from the menu. Breakfast was good and caters for all dietary needs. Our room was at the rear of the stablishment and was quite quiet.The room was clean, tidy and comfortable.

The hotel is located on a busy road, convenient for those making a stopover on a trip (like I did). It has free parking, and the restaurant is excellent (but arrive before 8:00 PM or you won't be able to eat). The room is quite dated, but it's more than adequate for one night. The staff is friendly and welcoming.

Everything went well and the dinner at the restaurant was definitely the highlight!

Review for a one night stay. We arrived by car. Location on a prime bus route means having to first park a bit away to book in at reception. Very limited on site parking (payable) under the property, we were lucky to get the last space. Challenging manoeuvring for SUV or similar modern vehicles. Our Tiguan just about made it. Friendly Reception and all staff. Room basic and v clean. WiFi fine. Buffet...

Everything in the hotel was great value for money — clean rooms, nice breakfast, and a very convenient location! Worth mentioning that the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times, which made our stay feel especially welcoming.

The staff were kind and helpful. The location is okay, a walkable distance to the historic city center. The water and heating were poor: Water temperature varied constantly in the shower. The fan was noisy and we had to keep a window open for cool, fresh air. No fridge. I would not recommend it for couples or for a long stay.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful, multi-lingual staff. The delicious breakfasts were a buffet, with plenty of variety, from which you could eat your fill. No, it was not full English but, as it was not England, that's no surprise, there were, however, scrambled eggs and sausages, if that's your thing. There is no restaurant but the staff will advise you about that as well as any other information...

The exterior has an older flair, the interior corridors definitively need a refresh but the rooms are up to date. A sticking point is that anybody can enter the building from the ground floor and go straight to the floors as the reception is on the first. Réflection of a time when security was less of an issue I guess. Can't beat the location if you're coming by train.

The hotel is located opposite the train station, which is very convenient. Staff at the reception was polite and kind, especially Steve, who was very helpful and offered to take care of our baggage well after we checked out.

Good traditional hotel opposite the station, ideal for train travelers like us. The building belings to other times but the rooms have been refurbished. Pleasant, friendly staff, they helped us out when we had an issue with the safe. Breakfast a little basic but with scrambled eggs; the staff will top up if you ask them. Good value for money. Not the nicest town but trips to Dinant or Riviere, from...

Despite being alongside a busy road, I did not hear anything thanks to the good sound isolation. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was a very good value for money. Second time I stayed there, will stay again there if I happen to be in Namur.

Great hotel to stay! The location is great, room (and the view) was amazing. And the manager is really helpful!
