I stayed here in March of 2025 and over all it was wonderful. Very cute room with huge windows and an...interesting wall mural. The staff was very nice, the internet was speedy, the location was near everything, but not in the middle so low noise. The single problem was getting any hot water in the tub. I stayed there for almost a week and only got hot water for a good bath once. Would stay there again.

We booked 15 rooms for a company offsite and I need to say we had a great time in the hotel. The staff was very attentive and they also very understanding of some last minute changes we had to operate. Would certainly reccomend for business trips (next to the private ones obviously)!

This review is about the restaurant, not the hotel. Food was excellent but staff in the restaurant kept on speaking French although we indicated we didn’t understand it. No English / Dutch. This is the first regional capital in Europe I’ve travelled to where they refuse to speak the majority language of the country or English. Again, the food was great, so if you’re fluent in French, by all means go there. But if you don’t, then don’t go. At these prices I expect good food AND good service.

Perfect location for The Flow, at 15 minutes walk away. Comfortable hotel with character and the staff were delightful. Good value for money.

Great fond6
What a find! Lovely, quirky place with enthusiastic staff. Some parking right there and big underground carpark with EV chargers not too far away.
Right on the river with good access I to town. But we were too tired to leave the building for dinner, and that was great. Superb good choices and every tasted fantastic. Even if you weren't staying here, a great place for a quiet informal.meal.

Summer break in Namur
Good rooms, friendly staff, nice breakfast, great location!

20.06.2025 Bri

Excellent all round. Modern and well maintained. The food was fantastic as were the staff here, very friendly and welcoming. The pool on the patio is quite small but refreshing in temperatures in the high 20’s low 30’s. More a plunge pool.
Our sincerest thanks to the entire staff, so friendly so patient

19.06.2025 Xavier

This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last.

The shower was cold as the boiler broke down. Reception said it was fixed and would work again which wasn't the case.

16.03.2025 Jean-Marc

We took a room with the river view. They are not mentioning that it is the street view as well and a bit noisy. I guess as well because there is the Casino next door and on Friday's night some people wants to let us know that they have big engine ....
The room is well equipped and the mattress is very good. Overall quite good for the price , still take the right room if you don't like or support the street car noise.
