Everything in the hotel was great value for money — clean rooms, nice breakfast, and a very convenient location! Worth mentioning that the front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful at all times, which made our stay feel especially welcoming.

Review for a one night stay. We arrived by car. Location on a prime bus route means having to first park a bit away to book in at reception. Very limited on site parking (payable) under the property, we were lucky to get the last space. Challenging manoeuvring for SUV or similar modern vehicles. Our Tiguan just about made it. Friendly Reception and all staff. Room basic and v clean. WiFi fine. Buffet Breakfast (payable) also fine. We ended up in the evening with some beers and pizzas from the bar which were also fine. Recommended. Suggest check re parking if coming via vehicle.

We stayed at this hotel December 6 2025. I checked before booking because my husband is disabled. There is a disabled parking space (just one) but it's tiny. It's impossible to get a wheelchair or disabled passenger out of the car once parked. Then there's a heavy fire door and a step to negotiate from the parking area to the lift. This isn't too bad from the car park side but from the hotel back to the car park it is impossible if you're disabled to put the key card in the door, open the door towards you and negotiate the step in a very narrow hallway. So narrow that you can't have help! There is a large step from reception to the street too, so leaving the hotel is problematic. I hate to think how I would have managed in an emergency situation. I really expected more from a chain like Accor.

The staff were kind and helpful. The location is okay, a walkable distance to the historic city center.
The water and heating were poor: Water temperature varied constantly in the shower. The fan was noisy and we had to keep a window open for cool, fresh air. No fridge.
I would not recommend it for couples or for a long stay.

Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful, multi-lingual staff. The delicious breakfasts were a buffet, with plenty of variety, from which you could eat your fill. No, it was not full English but, as it was not England, that's no surprise, there were, however, scrambled eggs and sausages, if that's your thing. There is no restaurant but the staff will advise you about that as well as any other information and there are information books in a variety of languages. It is only a short walk to anywhere of interest from the hotel; an ideal location.

Excellent location, walking distance to many places and scooter/bike rentals are available nearby. There's a bar inside the lobby and they have a delicious large breakfast buffet in the mornings, for guests (I think it's free-or included with room stay). I think this is also one of the few locations that had air conditioning and the option to open the window. Only downfall was not enough towels. There were 2 people in my room and only ONE towel set.

Great location if you use the train. Also very well kept with confortable beds. Room facing the parking lot was very silent.
