This is the first time ive ever left a negative review, but i think its warranted. Impossible to watch the tv as it just refuses to connect to the wifi. The smart tv therefore is useless. It seems that this hotel books school trips so all the children were running down the corridors shouting and moving from room to room which was annoying when you had to wake up early for tours. The bed was very uncomfortable...

The hotel staff are very friendly!

Good hotel, the room is huge and the hot water is comfortable but the hotel is very old.

There was a hairdryer. That was a nice touch. The reception was very helpful (in Spanish). The room was clean and spacious. I was very grateful for the standard of service at that price. There was a restaurant available for breakfast and lunch, so I could eat there for an additional fee. The food was delicious. Property is a great value. Breakfast is wonderful. The property is older, but for the price it is an excellent value.

The hotel was great and people there was very kind. I can't find the place where there made ice cream, frappe etc on tripadvisor (it's why the reviews isn't that great), we order 2 times and 2 times it was horrible... We ordered a bubble tea (the bubble was harder than rock like the person who made that didn't know to do that), and milshake, and same... it was a oreo milshake, the guy put cinnamon...

This hotel is centrally located in a good area in La Paz. So we were disappointed when the Deluxe Room we had booked turned out to be small and cramped right beside the elevator which we heard going all night long. Our window looked out on to a brick wall and the tiny shower in the bathroom had mold in it. Not a Deluxe room by any means!

Centrally located but can be quite noisy since it's near to the witches market. The room is ok for a short stay.

The location, staff, and cleanliness of this hotel is 10/10. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing to consider is the beds are relatively hard, spring mattress. If that’s not an issue for you, this place is amazing value for the price. Highly recommend 🙂

I traveled in South America for about a month and did all my own laundry. This time, I sent my thick clothes to the hotel upon arrival at 8:00 AM, and they were delivered back at 12:30 PM. The front desk is great, the hotel is new, the design is user-friendly, and the public toilet on the first floor is very clean. The overnight bus arrived in La Paz very early, and we could take a rest in the hotel lobby. The view from the rooftop is great.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the view from the room and restaurant was beautiful! After sightseeing, I walked back from the city center at night, but there were few people around, so it was a little scary to walk alone (although I didn't encounter any danger).

Today the location is really good, it is very convenient to go anywhere and it is also very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel is very modern, although the city center is quite shabby. The hotel restaurant is on the top floor with a good view. The room is spacious and well-equipped. There are 5 rooms on one floor.

It's in a relatively quiet and safe neighbourhood with good dining options. A Teleferico station is nearby which provides a convenient transport to the city. While my room had good views and was clean enough for an overnight stay, the hotel was in an urgent need for upgrade. In the entrance and corridors, the hotel had an unexplained and unpleasant odour. I didn't choose to stay for more nights.

Where do I begin? Wow ... Elegance is not the word I would use. Staff is great. Hot shower great. I'm sure the place was a 3 star hotel in the 1970s. It has not been touched since then. Lovely room. Lovely staff. We arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist kindly arranged for our room to be cleaned first so we could check in early. After a sleepless night on a bus, this was very welcome as we fully expected to have to wait until 2pm to use the room. They were also helpful booking taxis for us.

Nice, clean and budget-friendly hotel in the downtown area, next to the central Olympic stadium. We stayed in room 404. The bathrooms have nice hot water. The rooms are nice and clean but can be extremely noisy, thin walls & overlooking a busy area. Clean place. Friendly staff. Good location. Average food, they have a breakfast and lunch buffet but it's not the greatest. Not many amenities included either. But it's great if all you need is a bed to sleep in at night. Also there's no view of the volcano. Just lots of buildings around the hotel.

La Casona boutique hotel in laid back La Paz Bolivia had a narrow front door, but one was pleasantly surprised with a fairly spacious hotel lobby. The bell boy and front desk staff are extremely friendly. There is a table with teabags to make a cuppa, to ward off the cold. However, the room was cold and rather dated and small. Located in the heart of La Paz, it's very convenient for exploring the city. The restaurant with the same name, attached to the hotel, also has a very nice atmosphere. I would definitely like to use this hotel again on my next trip to La Paz.
