It’s cheap for ans in a decent location beds are comfy it’s not a 5 star just about a 4 maybe in Europe breakfast not all that ans the staff in there absolutely useless to be honest just sat talking on the phone the whole time we were in there ans I’d we asked for anything basically ignored us reception staff nice even if the info they gave us was totally wrong 😂
The staff were all incredibly friendly, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, sauna, and breakfast. I was so satisfied that I'd love to stay here again.
The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with a large and comfortable bed. Sheets, blankets and pillows made of good materials. The bathroom was large, clean and had everything needed. The staff was nice. I'm not too sure if the price is in relation to the hotel, especially given the location. But in the end it is a good hotel.
Probably not a full 5 star hotel but perfectly comfortable and good food and service. Pool is shut on Mondays. Very affordable for a "5 star". Great location just off the main road of La Paz and walking distance to the main tourist area.
When I was sick and on the verge of death, they let me check in early. Good hotel with clean and spacious rooms

I would ask the Hotel that if you are not going to honor Platinum membership don’t call yourself a VIP hotel. It is deceptive, especially when we are coming from another country and expect certain things
The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The staff are bilingual and helpful. The a/c worked great! The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room. Breakfast was included and was traditional and yummy.
It is my last review for this hotel, I decided to give you a 5 stars. Of course not for the staff ROSELIN , but for everyone else in this hotel. ROSELIN was pretty rude and wanted to charge me extra 30 dollars for bring a friend visit for 1 hour. I said call your boss talk to me, she became so mean said oh my boss don’t have time. Traveled to La Paz and chose this hotel because of its rating. It didn’t disappoint. The room was spacious and the amenities were great. The staff were attentive and friendly. The only drawback is that it’s located a bit away from some of the museums and tourist areas. Other than that, I would happily stay again.
