It’s cheap for ans in a decent location beds are comfy it’s not a 5 star just about a 4 maybe in Europe breakfast not all that ans the staff in there absolutely useless to be honest just sat talking on the phone the whole time we were in there ans I’d we asked for anything basically ignored us reception staff nice even if the info they gave us was totally wrong 😂

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with a large and comfortable bed. Sheets, blankets and pillows made of good materials. The bathroom was large, clean and had everything needed

I'm not too sure if the price is in relation to the hotel, especially given the location. But in the end it is a good hotel

Many guests will appreciate the location, which is right in el Centro. I found it difficult to get in and out of that location from / to El Alto

Take care: The tips on the bill will receive the hotel management. Give the tips in effectivo personal to the people in the service. everything was great: The pool, the food, the people and the rooms clean!

The a/c worked great! The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room

She doesn’t know the rules and she was trying to create her own rule. My whole trip in Bolivia was amazing, I stayed in hotel Mitru sol for 6 nights. Everything was great until I meet the reception this Lady: ROSELIN

She thought she was the boss here ??? Even though I paid it, it is written here in your hotel policy. The room price include 2 guests. The staff ROSELIN is really unprofessional and mean to me

ROSELIN was pretty rude and wanted to charge me extra 30 dollars for bring a friend visit for 1 hour. I said call your boss talk to me, she became so mean said oh my boss don’t have time

You can request airport transportation from the hotel, or you can call an Uber yourself, but due to traffic congestion in the city, it's best to leave early when heading to the airport from the hotel

If you have just arrived at a high altitude, you can go to this area. There is also Chinese food nearby. The small swimming pool is warm

The staff were friendly, the room was clean, and it even had a bathtub. Breakfast and dinner at the restaurant were also delicious

Brand new, very comparable in price, and modern hotel strategically located in the south part of La Paz. Breathtaking view from the infinite pool and gym which are in the top two floors

It was our anniversary so they went the extra mile to ensure that it was a special day. The pool view is amazing, and the facilities are excellent

Attentive staff and awesome costumer service. Alejandra Arispe was top notch solving and following up on a minor issue we had the first night. Having traveled and stayed at various hotels I highly recommend this one!

The wifi wasn't the strongest in the room, but I was able to complete a hour long video call without issue. The room was very comfortable, clean and warm. The shower would get quite hot within a minute or two

If you're visiting La Paz as a tourist, this location is great because it's near a lot of attractions, and also is where a lot of the tours originate from. I had an early bus arrival from Uyuni

We were in town during a national protest and shutdown of the roads, and the staff accommodated our changing plans with a smile. The location is fantastic, right by the tourist heart of La Paz

Clean, accessible and relatively modern accomodation. We stayed here for one night with a late check-in and early check-out. When the door is locked, look for the doorbell on de left.

And the restaurants downstairs have great food and a friendly staff. If I ever return to La Paz, I will absolutely be staying here again!

My room wasn't ready that early in the morning, but they have a restaurant next door I enjoyed a comfortable wait in

The warm food is not refilled regularly, so it feels like the staff is trying to save on it - if you want hot dishes, it’s better to come early. Regarding the location, not everything is close

Average food, they have a breakfast and lunch buffet but it's not the greatest. Not many amenities included either. But it's great if all you need is a bed to sleep in at night. Also there's no view of the volcano

The rooms are nice and clean but can be extremely noisy, thin walls & overlooking a busy area. The breakfast buffet seems to run out of a lot of stuff even by 8:30-9am, and breakfast is supposed to be til 10am

Okay hotel. Small room, small bathroom, basic breakfast, daily room cleaning, 35 Bolivia Pesos for cleaning paid at check in. For your total number of nights. Downtown La Paz hotel.

After a sleepless night on a bus, this was very welcome as we fully expected to have to wait until 2pm to use the room. They were also helpful booking taxis for us

We arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist kindly arranged for our room to be cleaned first so we could check in early

The location is fantastic, not far from the Blue and Purple Line stations! P2 faces a side street, while P1 (floor) has access to the main road, which is quite convenient. However, the room was incredibly cold

Ctrip said it had heating, but it wasn't. With altitude sickness, the hotel wasn't exactly a cozy retreat. The breakfast was a bit of a letdown, but it was okay; there was plenty of bread and fruit

The hotel location is very good. The room is clean and hot water is available. And it tells you everything you ask.

Rooms 113 and 113 are on the 10th floor, which is a strange arrangement

The location is centrally located. The rooms are small and are pretty dark. The continental breakfast has limited options. Its an econimical hotel, you get what you paid for.

Convenient location, decent rooms and decent breakfast. The only drawback is the unreliable hot water, seemingly out at any time of the day (at least on the 7th floor).

Old infrastrure and no effort to improve room quality/comfort. Breakfast is good

I stayed in single room,it was fine…strategically located in my opinion: not far from market & tour agencies, not far from cable car station + opportunity to experience La Paz (paceños) local life & commerce in the area

The hotel owner is wonderful, super friendly and caring. The room is spacious with sufficient covers and blankets, convinient location, very close to the witch market. I Came here twice already.

It was a very friendly and comfortable hotel. The shower had warm water and they even lent out hairdryers. The breakfast was also very delicious, so I highly recommend this hotel.

We were leaving on the third night to get a night bus and we were able to leave our bags in the hostel all day, then pack our laundry and use the facilities until we had to go. We would highly recommend staying here!
