Property was empty when I check-in, yet I was put on an upper floor immediately beside a group partying. I had a 2:30 am alarm set for an early flight out of El Alto, and had to call the front desk hourly beginning at 11. The noise never stopped and I never fell asleep. The staff were all incredibly friendly, making my stay incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the pool, sauna, and breakfast. I was so satisfied that I'd love to stay here again.

The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with a large and comfortable bed. Sheets, blankets and pillows made of good materials. The bathroom was large, clean and had everything needed. The staff was nice. I'm not too sure if the price is in relation to the hotel, especially given the location. But in the end it is a good hotel.

Probably not a full 5 star hotel but perfectly comfortable and good food and service. Pool is shut on Mondays. Very affordable for a "5 star". Great location just off the main road of La Paz and walking distance to the main tourist area.

I would ask the Hotel that if you are not going to honor Platinum membership don’t call yourself a VIP hotel. It is deceptive, especially when we are coming from another country and expect certain things

The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The staff are bilingual and helpful. The a/c worked great! The key card only allows you access to your floor, main lobby, and the pool - which was in their spa area. They also have a sauna and a steam room. Breakfast was included and was traditional and yummy.

Very good service, complete facilities

Modern hotel with comfortable room and bathroom is roomy with good design, mirrors and ventilation. Soundproofing is ok though we can still hear our neighbour's door slamming shut. Breakfast is so-so in terms of variety and taste.

The service is very good. If you have just arrived at a high altitude, you can go to this area. There is also Chinese food nearby. The small swimming pool is warm. If you are short on time, stay in the city center, near the US Consulate, there is a cable car, and it is well connected!

This is the first time ive ever left a negative review, but i think its warranted. Impossible to watch the tv as it just refuses to connect to the wifi. The smart tv therefore is useless. It seems that this hotel books school trips so all the children were running down the corridors shouting and moving from room to room which was annoying when you had to wake up early for tours. I can't find the place where there made ice cream, frappe etc on tripadvisor (it's why the reviews isn't that great), we order 2 times and 2 times it was horrible... This hotel is centrally located in a good area in La Paz. So we were disappointed when the Deluxe Room we had booked turned out to be small and cramped right beside the elevator which we heard going all night long. Our window looked out on to a brick wall and the tiny shower in the bathroom had mold in it. Not a Deluxe room by any means!

Lovely room. Lovely staff. We arrived very early in the morning and the receptionist kindly arranged for our room to be cleaned first so we could check in early. After a sleepless night on a bus, this was very welcome as we fully expected to have to wait until 2pm to use the room. They were also helpful booking taxis for us.

Clean place. Friendly staff. Good location. Average food, they have a breakfast and lunch buffet but it's not the greatest. Not many amenities included either. But it's great if all you need is a bed to sleep in at night. Also there's no view of the volcano. Just lots of buildings around the hotel.

It's in a relatively quiet and safe neighbourhood with good dining options. A Teleferico station is nearby which provides a convenient transport to the city. While my room had good views and was clean enough for an overnight stay, the hotel was in an urgent need for upgrade. In the entrance and corridors, the hotel had an unexplained and unpleasant odour. I didn't choose to stay for more nights.

The location, staff, and cleanliness of this hotel is 10/10. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing to consider is the beds are relatively hard, spring mattress. If that’s not an issue for you, this place is amazing value for the price. Highly recommend 🙂

Located in the heart of La Paz, it's very convenient for exploring the city. The restaurant with the same name, attached to the hotel, also has a very nice atmosphere. I would definitely like to use this hotel again on my next trip to La Paz.

It's the best hotel I've visited in South America. Excellent breakfast with local fresh fruits, juices, fresh bread, eggs, and more. I couldn't have breakfast because I left very early on both days I stayed. Even so, on the first day, the lovely Pilar (night receptionist) prepared tea and a "emparedado" (grilled cheese sandwich) for me before the regular breakfast time.
