St. Paul Plaza in Brasilia

Not worth it! This hotel is not worth your time and money to stay here. The people at reception are not friendly or good at their job. Their only focus is to take your money and if they think there are any unpaid amounts on your room they will simply block your card and you cannot get into your room even though they have your credit card details they will just block your room card without informing you. Here at this hotel it’s money first before anything or any type of service. Their breakfast is shocking. I’ve never stayed at a hotel with worse breakfast than this. The elevators are impossible as they only have two elevators and always one is broken or under repair and with 13 floors it’s impossible to get up and down of the hotel. I have traveled to many hotels and there is just so many better places to go. Please don’t waste your time or money at this hotel especially when their service is terrible. Honestly it’s just a bunch of debt collectors at the desk of the reception and really shocking service. Much better options at other hotels.
