The location is a bit odd and there is no parking inside the hotel, only the public parking spots outside, there are often fully occupied, other than that the hotel is very comfortable, the rooms are big, illuminated and ventilated and the staff is super helpful.

I booked the Airam Hotel, but when I checked in they said it wasn't there, they didn't pay me any attention and sent me to another hotel much further away and with nothing nearby. The service was terrible.

The air conditioning was making a lot of noise, I contacted reception and they said there was no way to change it, I tried to sleep and saw that it wasn't possible, I went to reception and had to stress myself out to be able to sleep at 2 in the morning.

The Airam Brasília Hotel is located in the city centre, close to the Esplanade of Ministries and the National Congress. Brasilia Shopping is a 5-minute walk. The spacious rooms at the Airam are modern and comfortable. All guest rooms have cable TV. The city park and convention centre are within walking distance of the hotel.

Apart from breakfast, the hotel is good. The coffee is terrible, everything runs out and is not replaced, there is nowhere to sit, it goes until 10, but by 9 there is nothing left. It's a mess, there is plenty of bread, everything else is missing.

Great location. However, it is a hotel that needs simple repairs that could improve the rating, such as maintenance on the electronic controls and keys, water drainage in the bathroom and a café with fresher breads and snacks. However, the accommodation was average considering the cost-benefit.

It was great to stay in Brasil 21 Convention Affiliated by Melia in Brasília, DF, Brazil. That's an amazing hotel and a walk distance point from interesting places in Brazilia.

the vegan options were not vegan, there were no vegan options, for a supposedly 5 star hotel that is not a good service. when i asked for help because my baby is allergic to lactose, the attendant said he would help and then disappeared, I waited for about half an hour but he never returned. not 5 stars, not worth the price

This is Brasília's best hotel, no doubt! The room is new & clean, staff is friendly and the breakfast is soooo good. The room had a desk area, pool and gym which made perfect for a longer stay. There's a shopping mall across the street. We'll be coming back. ❤️

There is a leak in the bathroom, a very old TV, a minibar without a freezer, the room had no cutlery or glasses. The consumption options were extremely expensive.

Capital Hotel is indeed expensive. The room is quite big and comes with a steam iron as standard. But there is a big mirror on one side of the bed and the toilet door on the other side, which really affects my sleep.

This is an older hotel with nice facilities like rooftop pool and restaurant. Staff friendly. Unfortunately our mattress was old and worm and desperately needed replacement. So I was disappointed given the price charged I would have hoped for a newer firmer mattress.

It is close to two big shopping malls with many options of restaurants, markets, stores/shopping and also close to some touristic places. The room is cozy and they keep it clean everyday, with hot water at any time. They have a safe inside the wardrobe. The breakfast is very good.

Check-in in the evening took way longer than expected, and I had an additional wait while waiting a staff member to be available to open the parking gate. The towels smelled of smoke and the fabric was very poor quality, dry and stiff. The television could be better and have better entertainment options as well. There was a door in the room that, when opened, led to another door, I think it leads to the next room, I found it very scary, as a woman I wouldn't sleep well alone with that door there.

My home in Brasilia, very good service and close to everything

I loved the room! It's a beautiful, spacious apartment. Really nice. The two balconies are a highlight, and it's well ventilated. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine. The only thing I missed was the kitchen utensils, since it's very complete (there weren't any pots and pans to use). I highly recommend staying here!

I was deceived by the website, because I rate this hotel at most 01 star, everything was horrible, poor facilities, cleanliness, furniture, archaic structure, the only thing that was approved was the service of the receptionist.

I just stayed in the pool area, but it was amazing. A very fun, clean place. I highly recommend it.
