Brasilia Palace Hotel in Brasilia

I always come here, whenever I'm not leaving Brasília I'm here, and I've made affectionate friends with Paulo at breakfast; he always helps me with my diets with delicacy and kindness. He was always the first to treat me well since I started spending time here. Maria de Lourdes is a sweetheart, she cleans with so much care, and I consider her a dear friend and even hug her. And I met Terezinha, a sweetheart, and I complimented her on her lipstick; she's impeccable with her clothes. Paulo at reception, even though it's not the hotel's responsibility, whenever he can, he's always there in his communicative way to arrange late checkout.

There was one at reception whose name I choose not to mention, but he was a real pain at check-in and check-out; we talked today, and I saw his attitude. Last week he handled late check-out so kindly. B
I reiterate to the manager that she has never been rude. I've been coming here for years, even to weddings, and she has always been curt. I propose a quote for training on how to treat people, and people of all kinds, because she will deal with someone from nice to unbearable, and her tolerance for frustration is very low. I am not offering to do training in any way (I've been doing it for 20 years) and I see a lot of performance and management to be developed. It won't be the annoying manager who will succeed. I've been coming here for years. Years connecting with nature. So many people I've learned from and nurtured friendships with. I really like it here. One piece of feedback: clean the air conditioning filter, it was so dirty I had to buy allergy medication. I will come back more often. The little touches here make the hotel more pleasant and cozy.

Designed by Oscar Niemeyer, the hotel is beautiful! However, it could be better maintained and modernized. Average service.

Excellent hotel, well located, great infrastructure. Unfortunately, I was charged a fee at the hotel that Trip had not informed me would be charged.

I chose it for its architecture and proximity to the lake, and it is indeed a very impressive building. However, I didn't feel comfortable during my stay. They are used to a very specific profile of customers, foreigners, older people. The city has a reputation as a lobbyist hotel, due to its proximity to the presidential palace. Some employees were extremely attentive, especially the cafe supervisor, who was very friendly. However, on more than one occasion I felt like I was being treated harshly by reception staff and was followed by security guards while taking photos of the surroundings. I will not return and I do not recommend it for young people.

Clean and comfortable room, good breakfast, only the pool needs more care and cleaning.
