The staff is generally pleasant, but the hotel's management lacks professionalism. This property falls well short of a 4-star standard. Each room seems to have its own issues, indicating a lack of quality control. My room, for instance, had only a single layer of curtain, and some broken items were left unrepaired until I complained. An ironing board was not available until I specifically requested one. Worst thing is, there was no kettle and tea/coffee provided in the room, which is quite unusual for a hotel claiming a 4-star rating. Hotel is surrounded by taller building making no sunlight hardly comes to your room.

We had a great XP @ Lets Idea.
We found it on Maps and I booked two rooms for my wife and I, and a couple of friends with their child.
Reception service: it was great, with all the info provided.
Room service: our friends asked for a cradle, and the reception found one for their child. The only issue was that the door lock of the bedroom had a problem. Reception promptly changed their room already in the check in though.
Parking lot: it wasn't really an issue, but the car space was a little too tight for a SUV.
Breakfast: great! It was very well served as expected for the first meal of the day. too bad I didn't take pics to show here.
We, ourselves, just had an issue with the bedroom snacks: we didn't have any, but there was a bill for consumption by mistake, but the reception didn't charge us. I had to sign a 'no consumption' in the occasion.
My thoughts: I do recommend this hotel, for a good (Lets I)deal in Brasília. Great location (close to Man Garrincha) and some (must-go) touristic places around.
I found that they are also pet friendly, with some additional charges. (not sure)

I need my invoice and they don’t reply emails and I’m in another country.
They don’t check emails so I had made a correction to my reservation. When I got there, the mistake hadn’t been corrected.

A great place to stay. Well located with comfortable and spacious rooms. Close to a shopping center in case you need to buy things or want to have some food.
Excellent value, well trained and very friendly staff.
The only thing that needs improving is the breakfast, it was very basic and needed better quality food with a greater variety of options.
I would definitely consider returning and staying here again.

Nice hotel and great location. The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable. It's also offered a big TV. Nevertheless, the painting on the walls is deteriorating and the price is not the best your can find in the same region.

Very helpful and very friendly team at the front desk. Extremely comfortable rooms. This hotel is at walking distance from Brasília Shopping, where is possible to find many options for lunch or dinner
