excellent location, excellent apartment, Bayview is an excellent resort outside the hustle and bustle of the main sunny beach strip but still a 2 minute bus journey in, the resort has its own bus as well

WONDERFUL PLACE Before our Booking we had a Lot of questions about the area to host. Also she gave me all informations about sunny beach and everything i needed. A top host!!! We got pictures of the Appartement before via email and we arrived it was the exact appartment. The furniture was all new. The quality of the Building is high Standard. At this place are a Lot bungolaw buildungs with Gardens...

Nice place, was not too crowded to be honest! Anyway, this is one of the quietest options for your stay in the region so count it recommended. Also, there is a shop starting at 10:00 which is very useful if you do not want to drive at all times you need something for your fridge :)

It is quite a good place to stay if you are tired of noise and fast paced weekdays. It's not so far away from Sunny beach, but the distance should be taken in consideration by people without a personal transport. The villas are quite quiet and you can not almost hear nothing from your neighbors- most of the villas are privately owned. But I was disappointed with the furniture, the household equipment...

Peace and quiet, beatiful and well-kept place

The Villas are great. The food is good and the beach is two steps away. The resort has very good Spa and is very affordable for awarded hotel. The serving personal at the restaurant needs to learn to smile and become more invisible. The weather end od July is perfection, but it is pretty busy so you need to reserve in advance. Make sure you bring your towels on the beach early in the morning to reserve...

Spacious villa in a communicative place with enough amenities for a relaxing holiday.

Pretty perfect , short walk to the sea, short drive to town. Large villa, large rooms. Good pool.

Clean and fresh room with air conditioning and hot water at all times, linen is changed regularly, rooms are cleaned daily. Very friendly staff. Food is good and enough. There is a guarded parking lot. The place is not far from the beach, there are few steps to climb. I like it!

Thank you to the staff of Ht Mayak for the wonderful vacation! Beautiful park, smiling, happy and friendly staff, clean room (change of linen, towels and cleaning), and delicious food! Really, really smiling staff! The only thing I have negative about the pool... a lot of bedbugs. I understand that they are sea fleas, but something must be done because all the hotel guests, we were...bitten to say...
