I am genuinely baffled by some of these bad reviews. I can only put it down to people being extremely petty. If you want to find something to complain about, you will anywhere you go. But I honestly can’t think of anyone worth complaining about. The pools are spot on, plenty of sunbeds, and the beer is cold! What more do you need. The hotel is amazing, don’t get me wrong. Foods great, entertainment is questionable with the animation team enjoying stripping on stage to their underwear in front of children, one member having nothing but a hat to cover his privates. Nice hotel in a resort with two 4* and one 5* hotel, with large rooms, decent furniture. The food was plenty, diverse and of good quality. One pool, (the second for kids is like a bathtub), not enough as dimensions for all the people, with sunbeds crowded like seats in a cinema, half of them in shadow in the afternoon. However - the hotel is dedicated for FAMILIES - avoid it unless you have noisy kids...

Child friendly. All activities nearby , only few minutes walk from beach/ aquapark and many more. Surrounded by green area and trees close to the beach. Snacks / plenty of food all day long. Very attentive to security, lifeguards at all the water activities. Manager Dennis was very helpful and answered all are questions, well organised and efficient service.
