Fresh rooms. Well maintained, clean, quiet and nice, welcoming and helpful owners. Good for families. Cozy environment with small pool and veranda with grapes. A good choice if you appreciate simple but good accommodation.

The hotel is clean. The host is very polite. The beds are very comfortable. The sea view is amazing. Location is right next to the sea and and to the main street of the city. Many places to eat good food nearby.

We stayed at the bungalow, the moskito net was shredded, the bathroom light was not working, there was one small fridge for two rooms placed outside, the rooms were tiny and the beds narrow. I liked the pool and the lounges, the relaxation area outside, for 8 Leva per meal you can eat at the location, enough restaurants nearby, a pretty big supermarket up the hill, the beach was less than 5 minutes...

Relatively good rooms. They have a working TV, refrigerator and air conditioner. The bathroom is relatively large, but there is mold in some places. The wardrobe has no space for hangers. The terrace is nice. The hotel restaurant is more or less okay. The beds are nice if you like to sleep on a firm bed.

Me and my son felt real good there, had a lot of fun in the pool, nice short easy walk to the beach, staff and head where very friendly and helpful. You feel that they really take care of this place!

Great hotel, exactly what I was looking for, clean room, great location 2 minutes from the beach, close to the waterfront, restaurants, shops, there is also a doctor's office in the building, which is a great convenience, especially when you have 2 small children. The owners are extremely hospitable!

A very comfortable hotel. We loved its great location. We were resting with a family and it was close to all attractions. The view was stunning! Had a great time making a barbecue in their special area. One more benefit was a kitchen we used on the first floor. i know many hotels either have no kitchen or aren't allowed to use it. Luckily, hospitable owners have given us such possibility!

The rooms were normal, they were cleaned every day, and the hotel itself is very close to the beach. The owners are kind, responsive and provide a parking space.

There are approximately ten rooms for rent - en-suite doubles and "apartments" that have a living room and a kitchen besides the bedroom. Location: Very well located, 100 meters from the beach, on the outskirts of the city, on a quiet street. The town itself is small and quite quiet, there are many children, of the holidaymakers, mainly Bulgarians, Romanians, Poles, Germans, Russians and Ukrainians, etc. Rooms: We had 103 rooms, not large, but enough for us, a balcony with furniture and drying, refrigerator, air conditioner, kettle,...

Good location, just above Neptune Street from the sea, peace and quiet. We lived in apartments, 2 rooms with kitchen and two balconies, from one view of the sea. In the room everything you need, plastic furniture and a clothes dryer on the balcony (although you bought clothespins, or else the breeze was hooligans). The owner Neycho speaks Russian, settled us on arrival at 10 am, thank you very much...

I was very pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the owner and the staff of the hotel, nice, positive, smiling, with care for the tourist, whatever you think of! We stayed in Sania for 15 days. We felt like we were home, the atmosphere was so friendly and on our floor it was smelling like vanilla cookies all the time. The hotel is clean, close to the beach and to the city center as well. Prices at the hotel are good. You can borrow a hair dryier and sun umbrella for free. The hotel manager and the owner of the hotel always asked if everything is ok, always...

If you do not have a problem with the mule from the 80's and TVs with a tube as big as an oven, then you will not be disappointed or shocked (like some people ..) The rooms are clean, there is air conditioning, hot water and internet. The hotel uses the restaurant of a neighboring hotel upon prior request, so eating out. Or you can take it "home" - there is a refrigerator in the room with a camera...

Clean, nice place. Not expensive. Friendly service. Nothing outstanding, but for that price really good. Reasonably close to the beach. I love the town; it's a full sea resort, but not overcrowded. My only trouble about the hotel was that tourists from neighbouring places were sometimes a bit too noisy to my taste; but this was in the peak of the season.

Nice room for a family of 3. Comfortable beds. The breakfast is good. Friendly staff - quick to help with any request. Has its own parking 6 lev / day. Close to the sea, room soundproofing is good. Pets are allowed, our dog was made good from the heart, he is also happy :)

I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Location is very good because the area is calm and the distance to beach is not too much. The room was clean, bed comfortable and breakfast delicious. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall a 5/5 experience!

Nice place for spending few hours on restaurant's terrace. Good sea food. .. not the best.... Fast serving.... Good staff.... Good English.... But simply menu without enough English explanations or suggestives pictures.

I was only in restaurant but i really enjoyed it. Me and ny family have ordered different types of dishes and every of these were AMAZING. Waitress know english very good and we could order very easily wihout any mis understeands. Im just impressed about local and stuff. Every one who is in "Biała" should visit this place.

Nice hotel, centrally located and very close to the beach. Small problem might be the nearby amusement park, which is open until 23 o'clock, so it can be loud until that time. Didn't stay overnight so can't comment on the service.

Super cozy place. Great garden. The children playground could be more than 2 seconds swings and one slide with sand. Very big disappointment is that villas has not air condition... If u get lucky and your villa is under the big tree is tolerable, but if you're not under the big tree.... you can feel like a sausage. The beach is near, but is crowded. The camp is very interesting - a lot of shopping options, it is close to the beach and the staff are very helpful. Whether you have a tent or a caravan, you definitely enjoy it here!

We are staying in a 2 bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. Everything looks new, Comfy chairs and beds. 2 balconies, smart bathroom, TV, microwave , fridge. Plenty of storage space. We have been coming here for quite a few years and each time it gets even better. Why stay in a mega all inclusive when there are places like this that are genuinely family owned and run. Loads of local bars and restaurants...

Amazing place! Extremely clean and fresh. The owner is always helpful and positive. She will make your stay as great as possible. The rooms are big, they have apartments for families with all amenities needed. Each room has a balcony and it's a great experience to stay there. The beach is 1 min away and you have both a sea view and a mountain view from the rooms.

You would not want to be hosted at a different location!Great welcoming host ,clean and well presented accommodation, bathrooms and linen at exceptionally level of cleanness! Greatest spot for family accommodation, 2 minutes walk to beach and local shops !highly recommended and we will definitely visit again !

The blond lady who was checking us in was really like she wanted us out. We paid in advance and both rooms were not on the same floor. The older family member and one slightly injured person couldn’t walk upstairs. We also has a baby and the 3rd floor without an elevator wasn’t an ideal solution. There were no other rooms to be switched too. On the other hand, the other lady accompanied by her children...

It won't be easy to find an open door and someone waiting for you at this hotel located in the upper part of town quite far from the seaside, parking on the street in front of the establishment. The person who welcomed us (reservations made on Booking) was the cleaning lady who spoke only Bulgarian and we were able to communicate via a telephone translator, it is in your interest to understand everything...

The owner was very kind. Spacious room with partial sea view. We had secure parking. Location very close to restaurants, markets .... etc. It's a short walk to the beach.

A wonderful, very well-kept house, kind and kind owners. The rooms are extremely clean, well arranged and very cozy. Garbage is taken out daily and bed linen is changed on the third day. I strongly recommend!

It is located in an extremely communicative place. 3 minutes from the beach, 5 minutes from the center and the bus station. The atmosphere is great for both people and pets. The attitude of the owners is friendly, excellent hygiene! I visit it every summer, I highly recommend it!

Location of the pension 1A. About 250m to the south beach. Room okay, service (cleaning etc.) zero. But the location and price make up for it.

Spent nearly two weeks there. All safety measures in place, it's very clean and staff is nice. Good restaurant with various meals. The hotel is just a stone throw from the beach. Thank you very much! Hopefully see you and especially beautiful baby Nia next year!

I highly recommend the restaurant, Bulgarian food is delicious there. The manager is a very friendly guy and the overall experience is really positive. The prices are acceptable. On the second floor of the restaurant one can enjoy sea view.

I was there with my boyfriend in deluxe room #307 which has fantastic view. I highly recommend the restaurant - the staff is friendly, especially the manager Bobby and the dishes were delicious and the prices are acceptable. The beach in front of the hotel is vast and sandy. A very nice, cozy little hotel in Obzor, probably recently refurbished. The owner has a very nice attitude towards the guests, he is attentive and helpful. Breakfasts and dinners were very tasty and for decent price. The swimming pool adds to the overall nice experience with our stay in this hotel. Highly recommending.

Great communication, we had to cut our vacation short (death in the family). We were offered to arrive earlier. Great effort from the host to help us. The accommodation is close to a wonderful beach (there are very few such places).

Perfect location and great conditions

It is unbelievable to look out from the terrace onto a nature reserve and onto the beach. Simply beautiful. The town has the right amount of infrastructure, not too much, but enough for supply and eating. The appartment ist spacious and Alexander cares! All the best for A.Appartments
