Child friendly. All activities nearby , only few minutes walk from beach/ aquapark and many more. Surrounded by green area and trees close to the beach. Snacks / plenty of food all day long. Very attentive to security, lifeguards at all the water activities. Manager Dennis was very helpful and answered all are questions, well organised and efficient service.

We've just come back from staying here and we had a brilliant experience. It was my first time abroad and also our first time going all inclusive. The food was good, something for everyone and I tried some new things while I was here. The pool was never too crowded as there are 3 across the resort plus beach access and slides. The room was clean, beds were comfy, the only downside was the fire alarm going off a few times the first night we arrived - this isn't very loud and we slept through the 2nd one although other members of our party did hear it. The only thing lacking really was tea and coffee making facilities however there were coffee machines around the hotel that were free to use. We also used the hotel taxi service, all drivers were had were friendly and didn't take long to collect us either. We booked into the Italian restaurant and the food was beautiful, I really enjoyed the baked egg plant dish. The staff on the bars were also friendly but Antonio and Imren on the lobby bar are a credit to the hotel. They made us feel really welcome and always had time to talk to us, always greeting us with a smile! The icing on the cake was the weather being beautiful all week! We hope we can return next year.

We chose this hotel because of the all-inclusive aspect. My husband was sceptical due to past experiences at other all-inclusive hotels/resorts, but he soon changed his mind. Upon check-in at one of the three hotels on site, we were asked if we wanted an upgrade for our two rooms. The price was right and after a short discussion, we took up the offer. The view was fabulous, looking out at the Black Sea. Not one regret for upgrading. Food at the main dining hall was fantastic with each morning, afternoon and evening offering some slight variety in the choice of food. The specialty evenings had a great selection of local cuisine. The specialty restaurants, of which there are two, left a lot to be desired. The food was underwhelming, to say the least. The pasta with pesto was oily and overcooked and the Chinese restaurant had little offerings. What made up for all this were the various stands around the entire resort that offered various meals such as a burger bar, paella bar, a German bar as well as ice cream stands, cakes and pastries, and a drinks bar. Finally, there was plenty of activities for all ages and each evening there was entertainment starting with a children's disco and then family shows. The team did an outstanding job entertaining the guests at the resort. Try to get a lounger at the pool early as it gets busy. You can only get one at the hotel you are assigned to. If they are all taken, don't despair. There is the waterslide area or just a couple of minutes walk to the beach there are also loungers you can sit at offering a beautiful view of the Black Sea. All-in-all a wonderful experience and one I would repeat in the future.

I got back last week from this lovely holiday. The weather was nice and hotel is really nice and clean, food really good a lot to choose from. My friend and I stayed two weeks and felt well looked after by stuff. Everyone is really friendly but I would especially thank lobby bar staff Antonio and IzaBel, they don't only serve the drinks, they made my stay memorable. The program was not very interesting so my friend and I spent a bit of time in the bar,she would read a book and I listened to the music. I would like to thank them for looking after us.

Well where do i start. On arrival the check in was quick, friendly and very helpful. The rooms were large and comfortable. The pool, we only used the one at bay was lovely and not overcrowded. The food in the day was varied although we stuck to the burgers mainly as these were amazing. Breakfast and evening meals were lovely and hot, I especially enjoyed the scrambled eggs mmm there were delicious. We went to the Chinese hot pot that was amazing. From start to finish we had am amazing time. It was definitely one of the best places we have stayed in. Well done everyone

This is a great hotel. Personally I didn't feel we needed to pay extra to stay in the Palace. The only difference is you can't use their pool or main restaurant. When we arrived we were offered a family suite with an extra bedroom. This was 100 lev so around an extra £5 a day; this was well worth the money. Food was good and plenty for vegetarians and vegans. Sunbeds get reserved early so be warned. For those wondering which hotel you might be in, I heard that TUI are in the Bay and Jet2 in Mare.

I’ve been on many holidays, but this is honestly one of the best I’ve been on. We went beginning July. The Hotel was lovely, so many facilities including a little aqua park! The hotel was spotless and all the staff including the cleaners were friendly. Food was great with a variety of things to choose from, from burgers and chips to Chinese to traditional Bulgarian dishes. The entertainment was engaging and the animation team worked tirelessly day and night. All in all, everything was perfect and will definitely be going back in future

An ideal place for a family vacation. We flew in from a big city and immediately found ourselves in an atmosphere of relaxation. We were met at the reception, paid a lot of attention and quickly oriented to our leisure activities for the entire holiday. We rested for 7 days.Delicious Bulgarian cuisine, nicely surprised by the Whitai restaurant.Good administrators at the reception will always help and answer all questions. Thanks for the vacation!
