An excellent place to stay in this lovely Southern city, in the very Centre, near the thermal springs and the city park. Very clean, cosy, and the staff is competent and friendly! Highly recommended!!

Perfect location for a night on the way to Greece. Quiet area, very close to the pedestrian area of ​​the city, with terraces and cafes!

It’s very nice accommodation, the only thing that could be innovated is the television, the TV is super old. The room is clean and with a average amount of space. Also the location is the best, there are lots of shops, a pool, and restaurants. 🙏

Best place to stay in that part of the country. Good restaurant, good food, clean rooms... They have good car service with verry profesional personel. We had problems with our BMW X5 well solved by them. The alternator fixed with in 3 hours only...verry profi. Thanks to the team.

Very comfortable hotel, on the old road from Sandanski to Greece. Rooms are very nice, suitable for families with children, regardless of the name of the motel. Tasty kitchen and nice garden.

I spent one night here on my way to Albania in August 2022. I had a standard room with a balcony. We were pleasantly surprised by the conditions offered and very happy that we found accommodation, not having booked in advance. The room was spacious, the beds very comfortable, and the breakfast in the morning was very good. We will stop next time on our way to Lefkada.

Two large rooms and a large living room. There was no shower and when you took a bath the water went everywhere. There was no mop to collect the water so you were in the bathroom with water all day. The air conditioners made a little noise but they smelled of cigarettes like you were in a club. I wouldn't go back.

Beautiful location, well kept and cozy place, very clean and close to everything.

We ate at Mario's Complex, had pie and yogurt, and drank coffee. It was a very local experience. The owner was very charming and nice, and we really, really enjoyed ourselves. I highly recommend eating there. The atmosphere was very, very good.

The rooms are pretty small and most of the time you can hear the wind blowing in the corridor. When someone else opens the door of his rooms, our rooms door was moving everytime. Other than that it was ok.

I was there two times and always it was great pleasure to meet peoples who run this place. Very clean & comfortable rooms, great meals in hotel restaurant. Iam pretty shure to visit this plase everytome when i will be around.

Nice place. Host are kind but sometimes too much. It is cheap place to spend in Melnik a few days. But in the restaurant, sometime you have to wait for a long time. But I could come back there.

Good saturday night poor sunday night stay When full ( saturday night )breakfast next day was a large buffet ,So stay saturday and do not expect good breakfast if you stay sunday night . Its then small cup of coffee glass of aryan a a piece of banitsa . If bringing kids beware of loose sockets ,Bathroom shower is just taps on wall so water goes everywhere .large room , good tiled bathroom , staff...

I like the place. The people that work there are very helpful. The rooms are in the old style which is very romantic. However, some of the rooms are small. There were some issue with our AC but it managed to heat the room. The restaurant is very nice with fireplace. Also, there is a fireplace in the lobby. The prices for food are very good. The only thing I did not like was the lack of parking and...

Very nice place with old Bulgarian looks and feeling. Neat room, all the furniture is in one style. Tasty and various dishes (many vegetarian and vegan, also alcohol free beer). Friendly and helpful staff! Good breakfast!

Good food. Not what would i call kid friendly, as there are no rails or any safety measures when walking up/down the outside stairs (don't take the stairs if drunk). Friendly staff. cannot comment on the rooms as we went just for the food.

I've spent only one night there, the rooms are very nice and bigger than most. You have an air conditioner, but sadly it's just against the bed and a little risky for fellas like me. The location is right in the center of Sandanski and that is a big plus. They immediately find us a free parking space, because free parking is very hard in the city

I give five stars. When we arrived, we could stay in three rooms, which were kindly shown to us. The hotel staff is polite and smiling. The price was excellent, the location too. There was parking and working air conditioning. My only criticism is the cleaning in the room and specifically the floor. I know how it sounds but I personally work in a big hotel and believe me I have years of experience...

Clean and hygienic room, wonderful location in the center, responsive hosts.

This hotel is a very welcoming structure. In the midle of a very historic aria and near of mineral water sources. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There us a really good restorant that you can eat internally or outside. The panorama is beautiful and the air is very clean. The ownership very friendly. Highly reccomended

Very nice hotel, pool with warm water. Stayed there many times. The restaurant is very expensive, the servers very rude and unfriendly. The one exeption is Alex - he was the only one making us feel welcomed.

The hotel is not for hot summer time. Wather in the pool is hot, air condition in the apartment does not work well. It can be good for spring time.

Hotel itself was just perfect. Great accommodation, outside pool with hot mineral water, spa..everything you could wish for a few days off. In fact our only disappointment was the restaurant...First night we had dinner there and honestly it's a bit overpriced and food is not that exceptional on my opinion. Not many vegetarian options. Other than that, breakfasts was just fine. With 3 different options...

Nice hotel if you visit Sandanski. We stayed there for a night. Room was clean. They charge 10 lev if you want to access the pool... price included breakfast.
