This hotel is a very welcoming structure. In the midle of a very historic aria and near of mineral water sources. The rooms are modern and comfortable. There us a really good restorant that you can eat internally or outside. The panorama is beautiful and the air is very clean. The ownership very friendly. Highly reccomended

Very nice hotel, pool with warm water. Stayed there many times.
The restaurant is very expensive, the servers very rude and unfriendly.
The one exeption is Alex - he was the only one making us feel welcomed.

The hotel is not for hot summer time. Wather in the pool is hot, air condition in the apartment does not work well. It can be good for spring time.

Nice hotel if you visit Sandanski. We stayed there for a night. Room was clean. They charge 10 lev if you want to access the pool... price included breakfast.

I do NOT recommend this hotel. Very bad treatment. Overcharged us for services we did not use. The restaurant is extremely expensive. We was on our vacation - july 2019 in this hotel.

Hotel itself was just perfect. Great accommodation, outside pool with hot mineral water, spa..everything you could wish for a few days off.
In fact our only disappointment was the restaurant...First night we had dinner there and honestly it's a bit overpriced and food is not that exceptional on my opinion. Not many vegetarian options. Other than that, breakfasts was just fine. With 3 different options to choose from.
