Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want. The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can

This way the swimmers can swim and the soakers can soak. It is impossible to swim from one end to the other due to people being all over the pool at all times

I know that I will come back here for sure

Restaurant waiter, was arrogant, and ruth during the dinner on 20 January. Probably since this is state property, and they get salary anyway. The hotel needs to work seriously on service improvement and staff attitude

It's not perfect, but it's good. Bathrooms appear quite clean, the rooms are also generally neat, but not spotless. Restaurant hygiene I am unsure about. Staff is friendly and very respectful.

Spa centre is a lovely place to relax and enjoy your time. There is a few in and outdoor pools with thermal water. The resort offers everything you need for your perfect spa vacation

Had to spend one night along with group at Pirin Park. Booking was group booking so quite fast check in and rooms allotment. Basically it is a resort type property soy room was at ground floor near the swimming pool

The pool area was very nice and the water a great temperature, but we could not figure out where to find the towels for the pool area and there was nobody around to ask

The big outdoor swimmingpool has a minumum 1. 5m depth and this means it is quiet and hardly used as the kids, and their parents, are at the smaller warn water pool next to it

Rooms need renovation urgently. Spa and pools good but overcrowded. In the restaurant for breakfast: just a few tables inside, if you dont find one,you should go in terrace where smoking is allowed

There was only one server at the pool bar, so service was VERY slow and she seemed totally overwhelmed and was not friendly at all

The hotel exceeded all our expectations — the food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the pool and fitness facilities were outstanding

The indoor pool was a real highlight; it uses ozonated water instead of harsh chemicals, which made it feel much more pleasant and refreshing than most hotel pools

To start with, the environment was pretty nice. The staff was surprisingly impolite. There were no lockers so we had to carry our stuff all over. We were provided with a tiny towel only

It has own parking and it is in the center of the city with walking distance to everything. The only thing I didn't like is that there isn't direct path from the rooms to the spa center

Gourmet food, nice atmosphere (tables front the park), quiet and centrally located. We had seafood - best grilled shrimp I've had in the Balkans (including Greece)

My room was very spacious and clean. The heat was working perfectly. I had two little balconies with garden view. The breakfast was not very spectacular. You were given the option between two plates along with coffee

Super location, clean, nice silence room, only I had a little problem with the air-conditioning in the room the last day, but the staff did everything in their hands to resolve the issue, including giving me another room

The restaurant is cosy and the food is good. It stays open till late and serves hard liquor, wine and beer. There is a kids playground in the yard - especially good during the warm months of the year

The hotel is not far from the city park which is the main landmark of Sandanski. Being in the outskirts of the town the hotel is very quiet place and perfect for weekend getaways

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are biggest I’ve send in a while. Only problem is with the view for some rooms! We served breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and was very pleased! We’ll be back for sure!

Small hotel however has got all you need. Parking, lift, small game room, spa, laundry service and a simple but good restaurant. With a voucher you can use a bigger SPA from a near by hotel (this in our Aug17 trip)

I like the people that work here, the 4stars is mainly for this reason

Nice hotel if you visit Sandanski. We stayed there for a night. Room was clean. They charge 10 lev if you want to access the pool... price included breakfast.

Very nice hotel, pool with warm water. Stayed there many times. The restaurant is very expensive, the servers very rude and unfriendly. The one exeption is Alex - he was the only one making us feel welcomed.

The hotel is not for hot summer time. Wather in the pool is hot, air condition in the apartment does not work well. It can be good for spring time.
