Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want. The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can

This way the swimmers can swim and the soakers can soak. It is impossible to swim from one end to the other due to people being all over the pool at all times

I know that I will come back here for sure

Restaurant waiter, was arrogant, and ruth during the dinner on 20 January. Probably since this is state property, and they get salary anyway. The hotel needs to work seriously on service improvement and staff attitude

It's not perfect, but it's good. Bathrooms appear quite clean, the rooms are also generally neat, but not spotless. Restaurant hygiene I am unsure about. Staff is friendly and very respectful.

Had to spend one night along with group at Pirin Park. Booking was group booking so quite fast check in and rooms allotment. Basically it is a resort type property soy room was at ground floor near the swimming pool

The pool area was very nice and the water a great temperature, but we could not figure out where to find the towels for the pool area and there was nobody around to ask

The big outdoor swimmingpool has a minumum 1. 5m depth and this means it is quiet and hardly used as the kids, and their parents, are at the smaller warn water pool next to it

Nice hotel if you visit Sandanski. We stayed there for a night. Room was clean. They charge 10 lev if you want to access the pool... price included breakfast.

Very nice hotel, pool with warm water. Stayed there many times. The restaurant is very expensive, the servers very rude and unfriendly. The one exeption is Alex - he was the only one making us feel welcomed.

The hotel is not for hot summer time. Wather in the pool is hot, air condition in the apartment does not work well. It can be good for spring time.
