Spa-Hotels in Sandanski

I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. We did ask for a kettle, which they provided, but we had to supply our own tea bags and buy milk locally. Location wise this hotel is perfect. Its at the top of the main village, and you can be in the Main Street in less than a minute.

Hotel is renovated and rooms are comfortable. Spa is quite good, especially the big jacuzzi outside. Massage is excellent and professional. Breakfast is terrible, and very basic. Some badly dried eggs, some salad which feels more like plastic, and some fried bacon.. We also had a dinner, and food had no taste. It's not perfect, but it's good. Bathrooms appear quite clean, the rooms are also generally neat, but not spotless. Restaurant hygiene I am unsure about. Staff is friendly and very respectful.

Amazing hotel. Everything is so well organized. The service is amazing and polite. The food is so tasty and you can coose whatever you want . The pools are amazing with hot water so you can enjoy as much as you can. I know that I will come back here for sure .

I enjoyed my time at the Spa , it was a perfect weekend getaway , the Spa staff are super friendly and helpful. The massage was amazing, it was my fist time having a full body massage and Omgosh JENI did an amazing job I will defiantly go back to have the massage done again! The overall experience was 10/10

Zornitsa Family Estate is the Bulgarian Tuscany - wonderful venue with explicit hospitality, architecture, culture, food and vibe. Definitely one of the best places we have ever visited. The way how nature is integrated into this wonderful SPA and Wine location is extraordinary and wonderful.

We loved the hotel restaurant. Gourmet food, nice atmosphere (tables front the park), quiet and centrally located. Classy. The 2 rooms we booked for our group were in different buildings, but the host solved the problem, offering us rooms in the same building. (Thank you!) Super location, clean, nice silence room, only I had a little problem with the air-conditioning in the room the last day, but the staff did everything in their hands to resolve the issue, including giving me another room. The restorant downstairs is out of this world. Sea food is so fresh and brought over from Greece. Price is very resonable. Definitely try the octopus.

I'm sure that this hotel was amazing when it first opened the doors for customers. The design and the facilities are great but they seem that they're not well maintained. Even so, it's still a good deal. We stayed for one night on our way back to Romania, we slept well and had a good breakfast! So yes, don't hesitate to stay here!

The hotel is beautiful. The rooms are biggest I’ve send in a while. Only problem is with the view for some rooms! We served breakfast and dinner at the hotel restaurant and was very pleased! We’ll be back for sure!

Have eaten there in the past but today was a little disappointing. There was only one waiter who was for a little while rushed. Most if not all main courses were served with the same herb potato's that were lackluster when it came to the herbs as I never tasted any their was also far too many of them. I hope they turn things around as it used to be a nice place to eat it is now a little expensive...

The restaurant is cosy and the food is good. It stays open till late and serves hard liquor, wine and beer. There is a kids playground in the yard - especially good during the warm months of the year. The hotel is not far from the city park which is the main landmark of Sandanski. Being in the outskirts of the town the hotel is very quiet place and perfect for weekend getaways.

The hotel staff was pleasant and happy to work with, and they where able to help with any issues we had. The rooms where comfy but had a few issues like a small hole in 1 of the blanket covers, and a slow drain in the shower, but in general the room was good and the bed comfy, and the AC worked well. I've spent only one night there, the rooms are very nice and bigger than most. You have an air conditioner, but sadly it's just against the bed and a little risky for fellas like me. The location is right in the center of Sandanski and that is a big plus. They immediately find us a free parking space, because free parking is very hard in the city

I give five stars. When we arrived, we could stay in three rooms, which were kindly shown to us. The hotel staff is polite and smiling. The price was excellent, the location too. There was parking and working air conditioning. My only criticism is the cleaning in the room and specifically the floor. I know how it sounds but I personally work in a big hotel and believe me I have years of experience...

This hotel is a very welcoming structure. In the midle of a very historic aria and near of mineral water sources. The rooms are modern and comfortable. The hotel is not for hot summer time. Wather in the pool is hot, air condition in the apartment does not work well. It can be good for spring time.
