Calm, clean, cozy! I would visit again!

Very clean and beautiful hotel. The pool is cleaned every morning and evening, the water is warm. Only the Wi-Fi "MADARA2" is of very poor quality.

Nice accommodation a little further from the beach, about 9 km, the kitchen is a bit incomplete, otherwise, all in all, it's not bad.

It is a cheap way to relax near the Sunny Beach. The hotel is clean but the beds are small. There is a fantastuc swimming pool in the garden. It is about 6 km far from Sunny Beacg.

We stayed here for a fed days on our annual holiday. The rooms are good sized. You get everything you need for your stay except a washing machine and a iron but i am sure you can request these at reception. Staff really friendly and location is just a few minutes from Sunny Beach by car. You can enjoy a bit of quiet if you have decided to be at Sunny Beach.

Nice place for holliday with friends or family ..Pool .. well located both close to Sunny beach center and only 1,5km from the beach.. Bus stop just at the front of the complex ( each hour) large parking place .. and manager family will give you all services and help needed. il recommend this place

It's great, near Sunny Beach, near a forest, huge rooms, comfortable beds, amenities, clean pool, quiet. 5 minutes by car to the complex, there is a parking lot.

Not by the sea, but quiet. No cold winds. We are waiting for a traffic light at the intersection with the highway. You can walk to the sea.

Brought an apartment here. Martin the manager couldn't have been more helpful, even finding us a spare remote control for our air conditioning unit that was lost. Even though the hotel wasn't open because of covid 19 the pool and gym were open/filled for the few guest who have apartments. Very impressed!

Had a nice holiday, very clean and tidy. Food was very basic and repetitive. Very nice relaxing atmosphere around the pool, evening entertainment was enjoyable but be aware that the bar closes at 10pm. All in all good for a young family but teenagers will be terribly bored very quickly.

Very nice hotel, our apartment is cleaned every day. In bathroom are soap and shampoo, also they give new towels every day. Tasty food, reasonable prices, enormous apartments, nice staff. Sometimes you can find a spider in a corner. Unfortunately, way to the beach is pretty dangerous when you walk, but the Hotel has free shuttle bus that will pick you up if you want to wait for it. To sum up, I can reccomend this hotel for everyone.

Spent 2 great weeks mid July this year and could not fault the hotel for us. The food was good. The rooms were large and cleaned daily. We were fully inclusive and I have no complaints about the soft drinks or local beer and spirits or wine. There was entertainment all day for the kids or adults. We stayed at the end of September, and since none of the outdoor pools are heated, all we could do is sleep and eat. It was very windy, too. To be honest, we've had such an amazing time! The reps were amazing and great with the kids, the shows every day was brilliant. Im legit chunky because of the unreal desserts. The food was so varied and the accommodation was lovely too. Cannot find any faults.

Overall pretty good. A little fresh renovation in our apartment, but everything worked. He liked the rest more than a 5-star Turkish all inclusive (been several times). But this is just our taste. PS was 13 nights in a room with 2 bedrooms and a kitchen-Studio (98sq.m.). Three adults + two children (3 and 5 years old).

Great setting, close enough to the beach and town center to be able to comfortably walk, but far enough away to not be disturbed at night! Great weather but short season - July to September!

Great place for family, quiet and great facilities

Great quiet hotel and very clean. Not very busy, can have the pool to yourself sometimes.

You get what you pay. Clean and large rooms. Air-conditioned. You have a kitchen. 400 m away from the beach. Lots of markets and restaurants around.

Good location, decent service, ok facilities but to be expected for its price, kitchenette not very well equipped in terms of cutlery or utensils, great pool and everything is relatively new

The accomodation was comfortable. The beach is about 5 minutes walk. The parking is not free, but cheap and safe.

Amazing place in a quiet area of Sunny Beach. The hosts, Nina and Drago, are fantastic, helpful, friendly and smiling people. The food was fantastic, with the amazing paella at the forefront. Plus super views of the Black Sea bay and ancient Nessebar. A well maintained and peaceful pool. Highly recommended and hope to return one day.

We stayed for 2 weeks and everything was perfect, the hosts, the food, the room, the view. They made us feel special and cared for. The room was cleaned perfectly every other day. It was cozy and quiet, far from the crazyness of the resort but still a 5 minute walk from the best beach. The food was amazing! The view was great. I definitely recommend!

I was for two nights, the hotel is wonderful, there is a nice garden, a large parking lot, the rooms are clean and with a kitchen block, and nearby there is a park that is suitable for children.

Nothing extra, spacious room for one / two. There is a refrigerator, stove. There is no washing machine in the room, oven, microwave. There is an excellent conditioner that maintains a pleasant cool environment in the room, a large clothes dryer, a towel, and the hotel has a swimming pool and a sauna. The staff is good-natured, no problems during their stay. Modest, but comfortable and cozy.

Fair, clean, family friendly hotel. With our promo prices spend there one week. Parking for free, pool, bar by the pool. I didn't like the payment option... Only cash! I didn't like the fact that all money in front! Great place to stay clean apartments good location the beach is a short walk there is a bus stop outside the gates where you can get a bus into town and all the tours seem to go from there as well the pool area gets the sun for most of the day there are shops open 24 hours at the front of the apartments so even if you turn up at 2 in the morning like we did you can still get some basics take your own...

Our room was excellent. Very clean and we had two balconies. We stayed on the top floor. Everything was nice good kitchen facility, air con , lovely chamber lady. The only down point is design flow in terms of balcony balustrade giving possibility for toddlers to climb on.

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday here. All the complex is spotless and the pool is well-maintained. The staff are extremely helpful and go out of their way to look after their guests. We had a great time and will be going back. The hotel is only 5 minutes walk from a lovely part of the beach and their are all amenities that you would need on the doorstep. Poor Wi-Fi in rooms, sometimes works and sometimes not. AC works great. Pool is warm at this time of the year! (20. Perfect hotel for my expectations. We went there with my bestfriend just for 2 nights, we didn't expect anything special as yound adults but we were happily surprised to discover a really nice and warm family staff. The hotel is also above the road (but far) which makes it with a nice view on the bay. The pool is also cozy and warm. I will go back there this summer with my girlfriend for sure!
