The huge plus of this hotel is the baby club. There you can leave a child under 3 to be entertained by well trained professionals, usually in the slots 10-12, 14-16 and 17:30-19:30. It costs extra, and must be booked a day in advance via the app. This is the main reason we plan to return, because not many (if any at all) hotels in Bulgaria offer this service (taking care of kids under 3 without the parents being around).
