We stayed with our family at Ivana Palace on June 16, 2021. The hotel is beautiful, well-maintained, and clean, with ample landscaping. The pool is good for adults and children, with separate areas for children and plenty of sun loungers. The rooms are well-maintained and well-maintained, and the cleaning staff is constantly cleaning both the rooms and the grounds, ensuring everything is clean. There are elevators, which is very convenient. The reception staff speaks Russian without any problem, including Russian. The gym is poor, with some equipment out of order. The food is monotonous, geared more toward vegetarians (after three days, we were already getting tired of the same old same old). The hotel is conveniently located, a 7-minute walk from the beach. Our vacation was only a pleasant one, as we were completely disappointed with the resort itself, which was poorly maintained, and the sea was also disappointing. The only good things we found were the 8 km of wide sandy beach and the 4-star Ivana Palace hotel.

Has plus and negatives. Arrived 8th September and was very quickly checked in. 2 minutes great. Key to my room on the 2nd floor and was looking forward to a quick shower and cold beer. Oh, walked into the room and what a disaster. 1st thing I noticed was the yellow stained net certain over the window. After opening the curtains all I could see was the back of the Ivana hotel sign supported by the scaffolding. Absolutely no view whatsoever 😡. So of for a quick shower and shave!!! The shower floor was sinking into floor and I'm only 12 stone. I thought I was going to end up in the room below me. Then the shaving mirror fell of in my hand next to the sink.......mmmm not good so far. Anyway came downstairs to get a beer and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Bar is open 24hrs and there was plenty of sunbeds but hardly any normal chairs and the ones occupied had some colourful characters on them (you know the 1s I'm talking about, overweight women in a black swim suit covered in nasty faded tattoos with teen daughters who have got kids). Night-time is awful as there is no entertainment so people make up there own until 3-4 o'clock in the morning then the drunks come back so don't expect much sleep. Breakfast is a big no no. Trust me on this 1 it is really is that bad. Cleaners will barge into your room a 8 or 9 in the morning without warning so beware if you and the Mrs are having giggity giggity. Beach is a ten minute walk away and friends bar across the road is highly recommended. If you just want to use it as a base like I did then it's OK. Value for money??? For £500 B/B for 10 days it was OK but look elsewhere if you planning on spending ££££s overall 6/10

Having just read the reviews, the bad ones are completely true. We stayed here for 6 nights. The bed sheets were never changed,left without loo rolls. Balcony dirty,very high bath and dated,no sockets near a mirror, so annoying.No information or leaflets in the room.The fridge was behind a door, so felt warm. No kettle ! Glass partitions on the balconies,so no privacy. When you see the outside of the hotel in the brochure, you think it will be a lot better.The breakfast is absolutely dire,didn't bother going after day 1, the dining room is dated, not very welcoming, poor atmosphere. Cheap enough to eat out. No evening entertainment ! Could do with seating at the front of the hotel.I didn't see a life guard during my stay, also the outside shower is inadequate for the size of the pool, didn't see any rules either. Plenty of loungers, although the seat pads are not the best. The lobby bar, excellent and the staff are friendly open 24 hours, even serving hot drinks. The lady in the supermarket lovely. Location is good. We would come to Sunny Beach again, but NOT this hotel ! Please do not reply directly to this e-mail. Loved it,nothing to much trouble,clean rooms,even had a emergency alarm in the shower room,breakfast not to good,but pleanty of cafes around,pool was a good size,fab music on around the pool,will be back

The hotel in centrally located . The bars inside and at the pool are were really good with really friendly staff . The staff in reception are the polar opposite . Extremely unhelpful and very rude. They really need to look at how they provide customer service and try to achieve customer service. At the currency exchange desk the lady did not understand my request so just waved me away and continues with her call, extremely rude .

A big room with good furniture. Spent time there when it was raining. Large balcony with furniture for two and a fridge in the room. Nice wide double and single bed. Very clean everywhere. Good ensuite and shower, clean towels brought every day. Excellent breakfast, lots of options for every diet and very fresh tasty vegetables and salads. Some variety every morning which was nice. Good lobby bar and pool area where you can have some lunch, too. Close enought to the beach, 5-10 minutes walk, but still very peaceful area, away from the noise. Had a good sleep here. 5 minutes walk to the bus stop, supermarkets and restaurants. Nice gardens, very spacious and green. Friendly service. Had a good holiday with family. Thank you!
