This place is cozy, clean and very nice! The owners are kind and really helpful if you have any question. And the food is amazing! You should definitely try their dishes, especially the sea food. Another plus is the free parking in front of the hotel (if you manage to find a spot, otherwise you can leave the car on the street with no problem). Be aware that you have to climb a street when coming from the beach, some of you might not like this thing, even though this means that the surrounding area is quiet, being away from the main street (but not far from the beach). All things considered, I highly recommend the location for a nice vacation to Sunny Beach!

We caught a very good price and we liked the position and the reviews of this hotel. It is evry different area from rest of the resort, houses, vegetation, a bit of hill, view to the sea from terrace. The welcome was very warm and overall service is excellent. Room was pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, rich and changing in the 2 days we stayed, thr lemonade was great. We got a free upgrade of the room to a huge family room.
Since there is open shower, it is harder to use it and thr bathroom afterwards.

Perfect spot in Sunny Beach Bulgaria. Family run and very friendly hosts.
The pool is great and never very busy. Often it felt like our private pool despite being a fully booked hotel. The food prices were great and the quality was really good. (Recommend the Pork Neck)
We really enjoyed the balcony, it has a great sea view and can see all of Sunny Beach.

The best location and even better hosts! The room we stayed in was clean and had all the basic utilities. The beach, a supermarket and the pharmacy are all within the walkable distance. The included breakfasts were very diverse and fulfilling and the food offered at the restaurant was homemade and very delicious. The neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet after 23.00, so the hotel is suitable for both families and work trips. I wish all the best to the always smiling hosts (Drago & his family) :)

The place is Amazing! The owner family is very sweet and nice. The place is in ideal position - just far enough from the noise, but also rather close to the beach. The restaurant setup is awesome - lots of flowers, like a mini garden with the pool - really cool and quiet. I really appreciated the owner's attitude, very chill, very welcoming and not intrusive, but at the same time always asking questions about how we are doing and can he help us with something. I absolutely wish them the best and I can totally recommend this place for people looking for a quiet place to relax and have peace of mind. My friend also did his thesis presentation from there.

I am really suprised how amazing is this place !!! Villa Sol is the best place in Sunny Beach... Rooms are very clean and look exactly as on the pictures. Nina and Drago are perfect host, very helpful and lovely. Drago's kitchen is also the best we had in Bulgaria. Do not forget to try his seafood!!! ❤️

Amazing place in a quiet area of Sunny Beach. The hosts, Nina and Drago, are fantastic, helpful, friendly and smiling people. The food was fantastic, with the amazing paella at the forefront. Plus super views of the Black Sea bay and ancient Nessebar. A well maintained and peaceful pool. Highly recommended and hope to return one day.

We stayed for 2 weeks and everything was perfect, the hosts, the food, the room, the view. They made us feel special and cared for. The room was cleaned perfectly every other day. It was cozy and quiet, far from the crazyness of the resort but still a 5 minute walk from the best beach. The food was amazing! The view was great. I definitely recommend!
