Pleasant hotel with cozy atmosphere and very friendly staff. Would definitely chose again when in town

At first entrance the room was very tidy and well presented, when attempting to have a shower, I realised the bath tub was leaking from the side all over the floor.
A terrible stench followed and my experience quickly changed.
Also the tv was extremely small and could of done with a bigger one.
Then next day we left and complained about the problems and the hotel manager was extremely rude and unprofessional.
Was not a pleasant experience, will not be staying again.

Excellent place. Fair prices and super friendly staff. Nice clean rooms. Great location. Would definitely recommend.

Nice hotel close to the city center. Very clean, nice receptionists, the bathroom we had was very small. On the side of the main road it is a little bit noisy.

Nice hotel with good facilities. Location is good and puts you within walking distance to sights in the city.

A very nice, children friendly and comfortable hotel.
Went there for one night, as a couple with a 6 months old baby.
Booked on short notice at around noon a double luxury room (70Lv) with breakfast and immediately got offered a child travel bed at the reception.
The room including the bathroom was clean, well maintained and comfortable.
Especially the bed!
The staff which i met there was very friendly and spoke English and at least one even spoke some German.
As for the breakfast, 5 Leva extra for a very basic but all you can eat buffet on the top floor of the building which also has access to a roof terrace, leaves little room to complain.
Free of charge parking can be found in front of the hotel.

Reception of hotel intruded into the room without asking for permission and started to blame us for loud noises even though we were not loud at all, and they kept claiming it was us and people were complaining it was from our floor. Keep in mind that my throat is very soar so I can’t even talk loud. And the receptionist entered the room and started saying how the room is unclean and very messy, I’m sorry but the room service in your hotel doesn’t do it’s daily job, and why is the toilet wet you ask because mr. Receptionist I told you it need a plumber which you totally ignored from day 1.

An average 1 star hotel. Beds were uncomfortable, almost not cushioned. You can feel the shapes of the matrices' springs. Staff was very nice. Room was a bit stinky... Minibar loud. I didn't get breakfast.
