Few minutes to the beautiful Smolyan waterfall and walking distances to the amazing Waterfalls canyon. Perfectly clean and very cozy house with atmosphere and all you need provided. Will be visited again

The nice things: kind host and very clean rooms. There are enough parking spaces, as the yard is actually a car repair shop. Nice terrace. There is a wonderful tavern nearby.
The rooms lack air conditioning, in the heat this creates some discomfort. The terrace is shared, and it is impossible to use if you are with strangers. The walls of the rooms to the terrace are French windows and you have to stay with the curtains down, because everything can be seen from the common terrace in the room. The noise from cars passing under the window is also not pleasant. Suitable for an overnight stay - two, not for rest and long stay.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of the city. The center can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot. The Smolyan waterfall is two steps from the house, and the Canyon of the waterfalls is a 10-minute drive away. I would say that the location is very good. Keep in mind that grocery stores in the city are not at every turn and close early. The owner of the house is a very kind and pleasant person. He tries to make every guest feel at home. The house has two clean and tidy rooms with a common large terrace with sofas. An ideal place to relax with friends.

Indeed, the house, the location of the house, the yard and especially the host - just everything is great. There is nothing to write about Smolyan itself and its surroundings, just who has not been to this area, he has not seen the beauty of the Rhodopes. So for the house. It is located right next to a great waterfall, from which you can hear the sound of water while baking something on the barbecue, which is also provided by the host or you just sit down to eat or relax on the great terrace that connects the two apartments. The apartments are equipped with everything you need, and the host is just a great person with a lot of information that will be very useful to you. A big thank you for the warm welcome, for the great conditions for recreation that you provided us with the Kalnakovi family from Pleven. We will definitely visit you again.
