A very nice set up. Some bits here and there needed repairing but minor. The beds were some of the best I've slept in. The Spa = fantastic. Neptun resturant a bit pricey but layout/decor just right. Staff attentive. The ability to walk indoors to dedicated lift down to spa is genius. Wear a robe and slippers from room to spa regardless of outside temperature. Highly recommended.

We stayed as a group of ten across two families with half board and had an amazing time. The food variety and quality was excellent, spa was exceptional and general quality of the hotel and rooms was amazing value for money. The icing in the cake was the bowling facility which we discovered on the last day. I would definitely recommend the hotel to other families.

This one of the oldest hotels in the town, remodeled with new look and modern furniture(almost), but even that this hotel was created back then with idea and infrastructure, with plenty of rooms or halls, seems the new design didn’t incorporated the new features well-it is not logical to go throw floor 3, long tiny corridors and then elevator to the SPA, when you have direct connection via floor 1...

Having been to Pamporovo many times and stayed in The Orvelets at least 4 times I feel that the standard is dropped . In particular 1. Food in Orvelets , poor selection, cold , staff friendliness not good. Every member of staff was super keen and extremely helpful. The room was clean and perfect for our needs (we had an apartment: a bedroom,a bathroom, and a lounge with a sofa bed). There were a lot of positives about the hotel, Kosmos bar and bakery on the roof is excellent, as is the spa and staff. The rooms need renovation, bathrooms are shabby, rooms are overheated and there is no air conditioning, we had to request a change of room, due to the fact that rooms at the front of hotel, although they have lovely views are very noisy, there is a problem with stray dogs roaming...

Another hotel in Pamporovo with a great reputation in past and not worth to be visit today. It is a part of Sharlopov hotels I used to visit a lot and most of it hotels are going down year by year. Sad to write such a review but this is a whole truth.

Nice and clean rooms. High temperature in the rooms. Free shuttles to ski slopes every morning and evening, but not during lunch time. The staff is very kind and helpful.

However the water pipes were very noisy in our room. On the terrace there were three A/Cs, thankfully nobody was using them, otherwise we would not get much sleep. Nice hotel, near to the center you can find everything

Good place for one night. Bed is corrupted and noisy, pillows are not usable, in bathroom bathtub was broken, shower broken too, wall are thin and you'll hear all neighbors. There's no such breakfast... Restaurants near are good and this is only thing that saves good impression about Smolyan.

This is a 2 star hotel but deserves to be at least 3 stars. Clean rooms with nice views, very friendly staff, rich breakfast, nice lobby. They also have a very cool bar. It is close to the ski resort, they also have a shuttle to there. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed our stay there.

We were there end of May and the hotel had reopened from the ski season for the towns festival. No were had been cleaned properly. Pleasent staff. Steep walk from the town. May be it's cleaner in the ski season. Food was good.

Great place for winter spa and ski vacation

Lovely clean hotel, good facilities and food. Spa and childrens clubs. Transport up to ski lifts daily at varying times through the day. Storage for ski attire in reception area. Childrens play area with small soft play. Bozhidar and Daniel from the Animation Team inclusive and have good activities and games on for the children in the daytime and evening.

The rooms are old school, but very clean. It's very warm everywhere in the hotel, the common areas are good. Difficult with baby, as there is no elevator and steps everywhere. The animation for the kids is amazing, the two guys (Daniel and Bozhidar) had many games for the kids. They were trilled and entertained the whole time.

The hotel services are excellent. The rooms are clean, and the food selection is peefect. There is a shuttle bus that takes about a 3-minute ride to Studenec. There is a playroom for both younger and older children. The animators, Bozydar and Trifon, are very entertaining and the children adore them. They offer a wide variety of activities for kids. There is also a relaxation area that looks very interesting...

Comfortable rooms. It is hot enough during winter. The pool feels cold. There is small spa center. The restaurant doesn't have enough seats, guests are waiting for table, others are moved to smaller table to free the bigger one for others. Good variety of food on the buffet.

The personnel were very friendly and kind. The location is amazing, there are a lot of places to visit. The only minus is that the launch is boring. The hotel itself doesn't offer it, so you have to go to the garden BBQ, which is still part of the hotel, but there aren't many options. The swimming pool was kinda dirty. When you take a shower, the water occasionally becomes cold. Overall it's good.

Location: shuttle bus will take you to the ski lift, but the road is very steep, so problems with transfer can happen at snowfall. Nice hotel for a ski resort. It has a pool with not so warm water, a gym and sauna and Turkish bath. Furniture is ok and most staff are friendly. Was hard to find a parking place sometimes. Location is a bit remote for me.

Hotel Mursalitsa is really great. We were a family group of 5 people and had nice time. The Spa facilities are amazing and perfect for a relax after all day of skiing. The staff were absolutely superb starting from reception, to restaurant and spa specialists. Definitely recommend and can't wait to go back.

Beautiful, quiet location, exceptionally clean and well maintained. Very comfortable beds- we had a 2 bed apartment with kitchen facilities and a sitting room with a balcony. Good quality toiletries were provided also a good selection of teas, coffee and soft drinks free of charge. Breakfast was excellent and dinner reasonably priced.

This is an oasis in the Forrest! The rooms are huge, so comfortable and peaceful. The staff are very helpful and speak English well, and the surroundings are just stunning.

Already 8 years we are staying in Malina Villas for our winter vacation. Very comfortable accommodation, great service, absolutely great location. Tasty food.

We stayed at Malina Villas for 3 nights, December 30 - January 2nd, it was amazing - very nice cottages, very nice place maintained with responsibility and respect. Really good bungalows, warm, really clean, modern bath and kitchen with all daily necessities included. The food at the restaurant was varied, for all something there, typical Bulgarian food as well. The best pizza in the area on menu. Very nice service. Daily cleaning lady in the bungalows.

Nice and comfortable cabins next to the ski slope, surrounded by trees. They clean the cabins every day, the staff is friendly. The rooms are warm and you have everything you need at ease. We had half board and all the meals were great! It was our fourth holiday in the same place!

The room was old, but the bathroom was big. The breakfast is nice. There is no insonorisation so you hear everything in the hotel and the ventilation is bad the smell of food was very strong in the room. The spa is nice but there were kids jumping in the spa ? Also it was closed at 8pm? The staff don’t speak english at all.

The first room we got had no heating or hot water so next day we got a new room which was better. Both rooms clean and tidy but small maintenance problems like no curtains and uneven floor. This hotel is in the mountains far away from anything (need a car). But to us, that's what made it special. The receptionist was incredibly sweet. A week ago we returned from a seven-day vacation at the White Sea Hotel, Banite. I liked the apartment, the location of the hotel (close to the sanatorium and, accordingly, the procedures), polite staff, delicious food... The only disapproval is that we only used the jacuzzi on the first day, on the second day it broke down and by the end of our stay they were unable to fix it.

The room was great, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant adjusted hours to our needs and had great local cuisine. In addition, we were provided with spa procedure free of charge.

As a person who has been working in the hotel sector for many years with the top hotels around the world I could say many things but for that price I will keep it for myself. The only thing I have to say is that you ONLY have to pay cash and you CANNOT pay by card. In general it's alright.
