Check In : 10 Nov Check Out : 12 Nov Location : I do think the location of this hotel is actually PERFECT. It is 1 min walk to the riverside and also 1 min walk to the old town, where the old French buildings are. It is near enough to everything but quiet enough at night. From my room, I cant hear any noises from the noisy old town or the busy riverside. Which in itself (for me), is a big plus point. It is also within walking distance to Vireak Buntham bus stop when we arrived from Phnom Penh. I would give 10/10 to the locations alone. Lobby : The lobby is full of motorcycle as we arrived around 10am. I know on that moment that the hotel allows the guests to park right at the lobby for security and safety - which is commendable. The lady in the recep speaks no English at all but the handsome guy did speak excellent english. He is very warm and easy to chat with. The check in process took less than 2 mins and we got our room at 10.08am - super early at no extra costs at all. The hotel is located just next door to a simple convenience shop to the right, and a motorcycle rental to the left. Room : The room is SPACIOUS. AC and minibar works well. Bathroom is big and the hot shower is good. The blue lighting is actually romantic. The room is facing the pool, which also facing the other side of the hotel's room. I love the view. The bed is big and mattress are comfy. Downside is, the bed is too big. We kept on hitting the bed while walking. But all is well. Facility : The hotel DO NOT have an elevator. So people with disability or elderly need to contact the hotel in advance for room on the GF. The climb upstairs can be steep. The hotel allow guests to park motorcycle inside and not only that, the guy is taking a good care of the motor. In the morning, I decided to leave the hotel to Bokor around 7am. I just realize that the guy actually sleep in between the motors (picture attached). I am so touched by their commitment. Satisfaction : 9.9/10. Will definitely stay again. It is centrally located and just near to everything, but a quiet place to be. Love it.

Room was very basic which would be fine but it was unclean both in the bathroom and in the bedroom. Writing on the walls just not looked after. Would not return here.

My husband and I booked ahead to stay in this accomodation. I should have known something was amiss when I contacted them ahead of schedule to make sure our room had a/c, or we wanted to upgrade. I didn't get a response. When we arrived the reception area was full of garbage and bikes torn apart. The man who checked us in didn't speak English and refused to communicate via Google translate or the app. When we got in our room it was horrible. Quite bare, dirty. No outlet plugs aside from where the TV was plugged in. The mattress was done and needing replacement as we sunk in the middle. The bathroom was dirty. Hair leftover from previous people. Mold, dirt and dead bugs. The door had a gap when closed and you could clearly see in or out. There were other people staying, all very loud, slamming doors and yelling until 4am and in the pool (right outside our door) until around the same time. We decided after one night that there was no way we could stay here anymore. Nobody was to be found at the desk. I sent a message first thing in the morning through the booking app stating our concerns and that we would like a partial refund as we were leaving. Again, there was no response. We travel a LOT, and we are not picky about where we stay, as we like to spend more on activities than amenities at a hotel, but this was disgusting. In all my time traveling through Europe, Southeast Asia and South America I have never up and left an accomodation like that. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The terrace roof of the building is their place to hang cloths and accumulate construction debris and garbage. Staff sleeping in the darkened lobby at night on a bench is not a good look. Owner should be more aware of standards and upgrade what could potentially be a better place.

Our room was dirty, black mold, dirty sheets, hair all over the bathroom and used soap. no plugs aside from the outlet the tv was plugged into. Bed had a huge sunken part. Noisy, people slamming doors and moving furniture around. Pool was unusable. We tried to talk to the manager but he was never around. Sent messages through the app, but no reply. Contacted *******, and they attempted to contact multiple times with no response. We were suppose to stay 3 nights, we left after 1.

Cheap so that was good but a bit run down. Pool was okay. Area full of sex tourists with the possibility of some at the hotel.
