Rooms are awesome little bungalows in a mature garden. They are spaced out and it really feels like you're in a little jungle. Good AC and clean bathroom. Hammock and seating for each.
Service was excellent and nothing more needs to be said.
Location is a tuktuk ride away from the beach and for me this is a plus as its quieter.
Food was awesome and traveling with 2 children we ate here mornings and evenings.
Overall, if you want a slice of tranquility this is the place for you.

The overall aesthetic of the room was great and the bathroom clean and free of smells. The a/c worked well and the windows provided good views out to the well established landscaping. The front veranda had a comfortable sofa and hammock and was very nice for relaxing in the afternoon.
The restaurant looked over the pool creating a very pleasant environment.

Great stay at Kep, we will definitely come back!
+ very sweet location with everything you need for a stay, great pool area, beautiful garden, nice owner - Philippe is a calm guy, but very nice and always helpful, staff is nice as well; very clean; good breakfast
- A safe in the room would be great, but we had no problem without a safe, if you can not ride a bike/scooter the location might not be perfect if you want to walk around; maybe a bit noisy from the street, but we didn't care about it because we had just a great time

I love the environment, but the room facilities is quite poor like broken air-conditioning, bathroom, shower tape. Not gonna visit there again.

Really enjoyed the stay, nice and relaxing place, very clean and tasty kitchen with reasonable pricing. Good atmosphere.

It is the second time that I stay in this guesthouse and will certainly come again. The bungalow is clean, well equipped and nicely decorated, with a nice view on the gardens. The food is delicious, the perfect mix between Khmer and French cuisine (and I would come back just to taste the shrimps again). Possibility to rent 24h motorbikes. Friendly staff and nice owners.
