We love everything about this resort. The cleanliness, the environment, the staff, the breakfast, the coffee, the menu. It is so peaceful & tranquil, wish we could stay longer. We will definitely be back to Veranda Natural Resort.

The resort is set in the middle of the jungle. Breakfast offers many options, but we unfortunately got food poisoning there. We heard so much about Veranda, and it did not disappoint! It’s well kept, updated and spacious rooms, attentive staff and amazing views from the pool and restaurant, made for a memorable visit!

This hotel is well maintained, the team are helpful and professional, the rooms are large and clean, the food is decent with a wide variety to suit all palates and well priced, they have two large pools with lots of sun loungers, and the setting is a tropical paradise

We loved the location: the room is outstanding, the bathroom outside fantastic and we‘ve also enjoyed sitting after dinner in the newly built library. The restaurant offers a great variety of food which is tasty and well-prepared and breakfast is simply outstanding: Both, in terms of variety and quality. Not to forget the staff: incredibly friendly and decent - 10 out of 10!

Very dissatisfied. There was no information about smoking in the room when checking in. When checking out, they said there would be a fine, which I paid $150. The staff were like robots, stupid.

The sea view from the balcony of the top floors is amazing. The staff helped us with every little wish we had, crepes on demand for breakfast, an extra table and chairs - they went the extra mile for us with a smile.

The place is good. It is not recommended for people with disabilities .

Staff was good. Room was clean. Food was excellent.

The sanitation is good, the air environment is great, and it is quiet. No birds singing in the morning.

Bit noisy during the day at present as they are having a new extension to the hotel being built. Food in the restaurant is good value and drinks were reasonably priced. We had a great stay. Booked 3 rooms (1 twins and 2 double), the hotel upgraded our rooms to deluxe room. Everything just perfect for the price. The only draw back is that it is a bit inside and won't be too convenient with public transport.

The environment is very good. I will choose this place next time. The front desk service is also very considerate. It is clean and hygienic. It is what I imagined. I recommend it to everyone. The breakfast is also delicious. I like it.

Every so good, clean, friendly staff, cool indoor and outdoor and swimming pool and spa except WC it’s so small but still can accept.

The location is great for a family or friend trip. However, the cleanliness was quite poor, especially regarding the equipment and facilities such as the bed, bathtub, toilet, mattress, and pillows.

on the way to check in the receptionist guy don’t even want to talk to me and just using phone . when i was in my room about to check out the cleaner just open my room and it just 10 am in the morning . there a lot of noise in the morning around 9-10am from cleaner if u are a woman and easy to feel uncomfortable i wouldn’t recommend this

This room is big and clean , bed is comfortable 😀, not not so special because breakfast so limited. And staff looks not standard up to hotel feature. Pool very big, deep and very nice, it just next to the see and it located in the park of the hotel.

Beware of the monkeys that accosted us at the reception and snatched our fruits The hotel was so kind that we got reimbursed for their cost but the monkeys are too aggressive for guest safety, especially if you have children We were never advised at check so unaware but somebody should take action before the monkeys take over the whole town maybe in the future and tourism will pay the price

Nice and simple hotel for your simple needs and right in front of the beach! Nice pool in front of my room for a quick swim. The service is great and breakfast is delicious but a la carte so no wasteful buffet here! Overall a great place to stay in Kep if you are on a budget.

I forgot my ipad there and the staff retrieved and kept for me.

The hotel is beautiful, but it’s a bit run down. The sheets and towel are clean but toilet require an update.

Lovely hotel there are only 8 rooms all on the first floor with no lift we had a nice big room with balcony overlooking the pool and sea as do all the rooms, the pool area was nice very quiet and relaxing comfy sun beds with some parasols, as the hotel is small the breakfast was cooked to order limited choice but very nice. Kep is a small resort the hotel is about a 40 minute walk to the crab market...

Lovely spot in a quiet area. Nice view of the sea, great pool to use. Enjoyed the balcony. Air conditioning was nice and cold. The shower was hot. The WiFi was excellent. Breakfast was nicely done - fruit and coffee and choice of entree (pancakes or crepe or omelette or fried egg or fried rice or a few other things). Room was clean. Shirt walk to a beach or restaurants. Would happily stay again.

We had a wonderful stay, largely thanks to the hotel's perfect location and outstanding service. I’ve been there with satisfaction of service, foods, environment. I got a clean room, easy parking and also have EV charging. The room very enough space for two people with wide and clear window for sea view. The clean swimming pool for us with relaxing bird sounds to enjoy. The location not too far from Kep down town and close enough for self walk to the beach.

My friend and I loved our stay at Sabbay Kep. Fred and his wife were wonderful hosts and the staff are all lovely. We had a bungalow each and it was spacious, cream and comfortable. You can dine in at their restaurant and have a drink at the bar or venture out to the crab market. Kep is very chilled , which is what we wanted. We had trips to Bokor mountain, Kampot, la plantation pepper farmer...

Value for money. Conveniently located. Large swimming pool. Adequate owners. Delicious restaurant. The sea is not suitable for swimming, but across the sea you are in Thailand.

What a wonderful place. Walking distance from restaurants and market. Short ride/walk to the beach. Took a boat trip to Rabbit Island. The grounds are beautiful. Friendly staff. Well stocked bar on-site. Pool and comfortable seating alongside.I will be back.

We had a wonderful stay at Sabbay Kep. The rooms are very clean, cleaned everyday and loved the interior of the bathroom. Second the location is perfect. Close to national park, Kep beach and across the street of the Crab Market. Advise renting a motorbike and explore the area. Lastly the staff is very friendly and helpful. They made our stay even more comfortable and pleasant. Definetly recommend

We stayed here for 4 nights with family and had a lovely time. The bungalows are spacious and the beds super comfy. It's perfect for a peaceful, relaxing stay. They have a great little rooftop cocktail bar that opens in the evenings and you're right by Keps best fish and crab restaurants. Would definitely recommend. Thanks Fred for a lovely stay.

Not bad but room so alttle older willing afraid but ok still safe lives

The shower was so slow to drain out that the water would be overflowing in the shower floor,,,, and to many rocks in the shower floor,! Was also very slippery when the floor was wet, dangerous to walk in there with out any sandals,?????

The location is fantastic, opposite the beach, and a 5-minute walk from the market. The room was quite old and smelled musty; the bedsheets were old and had many yellow stains. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Lots of greenery, very cool and refreshing.

Well, what can I say, the bungalows are very old. What's shown in the photos doesn't match reality. Everything in the room was dilapidated: broken lamps, light fixtures, a broken TV remote, a broken AC remote, and scribbled-on walls. When we checked in, even the bedsheet was dirty. The toilet is somewhat didn’t live up to the standard of an ordinary bungalow.

Quiet bungalow near the sea. Peaceful in the day, but no nearby activities at night. Good for rest.

We were nicely welcomed and checked in very easily. The bungalow was quite roomy, a little hot but we had a mobile fan that was just enough. We were right in front of the swimming pool which was accessible even at night so we had one last dip to refresh before going to bed. The vegetation between the bungalows made for a nice and relaxing atmosphere.

Always good. Paradise in paradise. Easy going owners with a good Khmer concierge who will organise transport for you wherever you need to go. A lovely pool and nice rooms and close to the crab market. Plus better price than other resorts that have the same asthetics. Worth a try, all my friends who come to Kep never say it was a bad experience.

Clean and quiet place, I am sure if you visit there you will enjoy your time rooms are also designed in very elegant and clean style. Breakfast was nice and most important staff are nice and quick to help as when I check-in in night time my bathroom doesn't have hot water and after complaining stuff run many times here and there to fix that. Came to the hotel restaurant for dinner. Staff were friendly and helpful, the food was very good and while on the slightly expensive side it was not outrageous. We walked around the grounds a bit, it looks like they are currently doing some required upgrades to the rooms and facilities. Everything looked neat and inviting. Wouldn't mind coming back for a stay in the future.

I stayed at royal Meridian resort for 2 days and it was a good experience we were actually there for a meeting and they would let us play music in the night because we practically booked the whole resort. There is good they have buffet style breakfast and the staff is friendly and a nice too which is a plus. It's super good with really soft beds and also really large washrooms which are very kept...

Nice family resort, good sized rooms with mosquito netted beds. Aircon worked well. No humidity in the room. Breakfast offers Western and Khmer options. Walking distance to Sailing Club Restaurant. Had friends develop a bit of a rash post pool swim. My kids noted citronella? taste and oily layers but no rash. Our tv did not work... no connection to the cable/box? Would have connected to laptop but...

The place is really nice, close to seafood market easy to get some food or snacks. Also it's only a few minutes walk from the beach.

I have stayed here many times and I am satisfied with everything. The only downside is that the bed sheets have a strong smell of detergent.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with a lot of space, but the facilities are not complete. Some rooms don't even have a TV. The air conditioning is average. There are not many types of breakfast and the food is relatively simple.

Great place to have a relaxed stay

A very nice hotel in a tropical garden, a 10-minute walk from the market and very close to the national park. The continental breakfast is good but not very varied. The shower didn't work; the pipes were leaking and the tap was broken. It took two days to get it completely fixed. The Wi-Fi isn't very fast. I didn't like the traces of squashed insects on the walls.

I booked this bungalow not expecting anything but was surprised how quiet and relaxing it was. Initially there was some sort of language barrier but the lady manager who speaks English well quickly rectified the issue. I will definitely come back for a peaceful retreat. This is a small, peaceful complex of 9 bungalows with a pool, tucked away yet only a 10-minute walk from Kep's restaurants. The breakfast was good, offering three different choices. We spent three very relaxing nights here. Overall, it offers good value for money.

The staffs are all nice. We stayed at the dome rooms and it’s super nice! The staff accommodated request to add pillows and blankets, cook in the kitchen and they have a first aid kit. The food is great! It’s clean, quiet and relaxing

It's hard to write a review on this resort. Resort is quite new and really nice, feel good in it, Architecturally, it is different from other Cambodian resorts with a beautiful area around the pool. A peaceful hidden gem, perfect stay for our NYE getaway. The staff were excellent and really made our stay. The dome was comfortable and clean, a touch smaller than expected but it didn’t infringe on the quality of our stay. Lovely clean pool and nice affordable cocktails at the bar.

A very nice and quiet place, and the hostess is extremely helpful. Delicate breakfast is served at the terrace in front of your bungalow. The place is situated close to as well the national park as to the city’s crab restaurant.

Was a great stay, we loved the trees and flowers all around the property. Workers are very friendly. The website that I booked from (agoda) said there is an AC which there wasn't, and anyway, it wasn't that hot. I used the fans provided instead.
